Has David O. Marcus gotten a call yet?

What Judge will the hearing be in front of of Tuesday?

This never would have happened if MARCOS AMBROSE was a Judge. His “Blueprint for Justice” would have given President Trump guidance.

Rump, why indict him in Miami? Why not indict him in Washington D.C. where documents crime took place and where the federal government would have a more sympathetic jury pool to choose from leaning towards conviction?

No chance of a conviction in miami.

In less exciting news, Bruce Jacobs is suspended for 91 days.

I abhor Trump yet disagree in indicting an ex President. His indictment simply fans the flames for not only his allies, but towards the ever-increasing division within our country...which is very much threatening the sanctity, strength and future of our nation. I do not envision a Miami jury ever finding him guilty so...what's the point?

Karen Gilbert is involved with the prosecution. She’s a dumpster fire of an unethical political hack made famous for her unethical behavior. A real Cunexttuesday. Now it makes sense. I hat a stain on our community.

I think the point is that he broke the law and there is enough evidence of that. No one should be above the law. Whether to prosecute or not should be based on the viable evidence, not for political reasons. I don't think this indictment was done for political reasons. I'm guessing that Trump in fact benefited from his political position and if the case were weak, they'd likely not charge him if it were questionable. My understanding is the special prosecutors involved are not political pawns. They're just doing their job (prosecuting crimes where there is enough evidence to bring to a jury). And yes, I'm all for prosecuting anyone else under this standard, including the Bidens and good old Hillary. If they broke the law and it can be proven, they should be prosecuted as well. I think a jury here in Miami could easily find him guilty if the evidence supports that.

The politicization of our justice system will spiral out of control. Every administration will now weaponize the crmiminal justice apparatus to reign hell upon its political opponents.

So Karen is involved in the prosecution. That speaks volumes. Shoot first, ask questions later.

I hope they lock him up and he serves multiple consecutive sentences confined until the end of his days. Have you seen the documentary "Reality" about Reality Winner, the young twenty something year old who got a 5 year prison sentence for printing and disseminating one classified email. Jack Smith is a hero not like gutless Mueller. He needs 24/7 protection during the course of this prosecution. I fear for his safety. BTW: Smith looks like a young Judge Hirsch.

That Bruce Jacobs is done forever. “Jacobs has not demonstrated that he had an objectively reasonable factual basis to accuse Judge Hanzman of allowing banks to commit felony misconduct to benefit his own financial interests, especially when Judge Hanzman’s actions could be explained as simply following controlling case law out of the Third District.”

Adding a day to the 90 day recommendation requires him to admit he was wrong and Hanzman was right. That will never happen.

Does it make any sense Jacobs would say Hanzman ignored obvious frauds in foreclosures without a good faith basis?

What if it’s all true and Hanzman did ignore fraud? Isn’t that a little scary that the entire Florida Supreme Court missed that evidence and said none existed?
