UPDATE: He who must not be named emailed us and said his Google buddies were all in the hot tub (you know how it is in California) and requested an extension of his deadline to 3:00 PM, which is 12 Noon on the west coast. Being as friendly and nice as we could be, we agreed. He also emailed us a bar complaint against some lawyer who was forced to refund HWMNBN $2,000.00. Can you just imagine what bad karma that lawyer had when HWMNBN walked in to hire him? Talk about not knowing what you're getting into. Any way, 3:00 PM it is. Moderation is off. Post all you want. The first post was HWMNBN to me to try and scare me that he will get me disbarred. The letters he sent me was about him crying to the bar for a refund of his fee. He got back 2 of $4,000.00.

Its not up to me. HWMNBN "PROMISED" TO shut the blog down at noon, and then at 3pm, or he will sue me, Google, the State Of California, Prsident Bush, and Bill Gates for inventing DOS which through the theory of proximate cause (a legal term -look it up HWMNBN) for allowing me to use this computer to post about him.

You read this blog an awful lot for somone who is never on it.
Aren't you going to miss this when you haul me off to the Google Gulag, and disbar me? Plus, even if I'm disbarred, can't I still blog. Or can be "disblogged" as well? Do you control the internet? Are you pals with Al Gore?
I read the FSSC opinion (http://www.law.fsu.edu/library/flsupct/sc00-2219/op-sc00-2219.pdf). No mention of HWMNBN. And none of the clients' descriptions sounds like HWMNBN. Hmmm.
What the hell is this blog still doing here? Thought HWMNBN took care of it...........
