JUDICIAL RELOCATIONS 2021

 We have advanced degrees in Economics and Political Science as well as literature. We have been members of multiple state bar associations since almost before Joe Biden was a senator (not quite, but close). We sent the first prosecutor scurrying to the showers bruised and beaten when Leonid Brezhnev was alive and in power. For fun we solve differential equations and ponder string theory.

Our point is we have some semblance of intelligence, although legal minds may differ.

But this we cannot make heads or tails of.

The diagrams of the first American Nuclear weapons allegedly stolen by Ethel And Julius Rosenberg would be more comprehensible than this. Ancient Sumerian texts uncovered after eons of time describing complex mathematical formulae are easier to decipher. The  NSA currently has a team of cryptographers examining the document and the CIA may replace the Kryptos  puzzle outside of their HQ in Virginia with this document.

This document, subject to a recount in Georgia, purportedly indicates where judges will be assigned in Miami Dade County in 2021.

You figure it out.

I am the very model of a modern Major-General
I've information vegetable, animal, and mineral
I know the kings of England, and I quote the fights historical
From Marathon to Waterloo, in order categorical;
I'm very well acquainted too with matters mathematical
I understand equations, both the simple and quadratical
About binomial theorem I'm teeming with a lot o' news---

With many cheerful facts about the square of the hypote-pote-nuse

I'm very good at integral and differential calculus
I know the scientific names of beings animalculous;
In short, in matters vegetable, animal, and mineral
I am the very model of a modern Major-General
In short, in matters vegetable, animal, and mineral

I know our mythic history, King Arthur's and Sir Caradoc's
I answer hard acrostics, I've a pretty taste for paradox
I quote in elegiacs all the crimes of Heliogabalus
In conics I can floor peculiarities parablous
I can tell undoubted Raphaels from Gerard Dows and Zoffanies
I know the croaking chorus from the Frogs of Aristophanes
Then I can hum a fugue of which I've heard the music's din afore
And whistle all the airs from that infernal nonsense Pinafore

Then I can write a washing bill in Balylonic cuneiform
And tell you every detail of Caractacus's uniform;
In short, in matters vegetable, animal, and mineral
I am the very model of a modern Major-General.

hate to see Charlie Johnson leave. Nice guy. Honest and polite.

If you can't understand this chart, you're not as smart as you claim to be. Do the colors confuse you?

Fajardo will get canned as US Atty. But she has likely accrued enough Federalist Society reward points for an appointment as a Miami Dade Circuit Judge by Desantis.

Where will she go?

The los of Judge Johnson is a real blow. He was patient, well-prepared, had excellent judicial temperament, and will be wasted in Civil. His replacement should have gone to Civil, because that is where all of his experience is.

Where is Charlie going? Very fine judge. Was presently surprised on the one major case I had in front of him.

She wont settle for a circuit judgeship. Been there done that. She's going to a big firm. Period. Four years will seek a federal judge spot if a rep beats Harris in 2024

We lose arguably our best Judge in Johnson as well as de la O going to back up and get three new judges with no experience-how is that fair?

Charlie Johnson. You get good reviews here because you are a real nice and decent person who seeks justice while being respectful to all in your courtroom. Come back soon.

Charlie Johnson is great. Certainly one of the half dozen best judges in REG in the last decade. I don’t think he is being forced to go to civil I think he probably has reasons to want to go there. I do hate scrambling to resolve a case the weeks of Xmas/New Years because of these rotations right after the holidays.

Charlie Johnson is two things. A great judge and an even better human being. His popularity is well deserved as he is smart, well read, hard working and most importantly genuinely respectful of all the people he affects. The surprise is Judge Diraimundo. She is off to a very impressive start and displays the same class as Johnson. I doubt their successors will fill their shoes.
