David Marcus. Huge win today. Not guilty in a federal jury trial.
Tough case. He is the best. Don’t go to trial in federal court without DM.
Great Federal Judge too. He gave the defense awesome rulings. That helps.
Although I came late and did not hear many of the great tributes, the ones I did hear were heart felt and warm-just like Alex. Big surprise-the number of Judges present who came to pay their respects.
Of special note were two: retired Judge Diane Ward [who looked beautiful BTW] gave her dear friend a lovely, funny and emotional farewell; Judge Alberto Milian gave a powerful and inspiring send-off which Alex would have loved.
And as Adam Goodman pointed out, we need to honor each other more while we are still alive and
how boring the Justice Building is now without Alex.
