SCOTT ROTHSTEIN FALL OUT CONTINUES:
Yesterday Federal Judge Robin Rosenbaum (motto: "Atlanta or bust") sentenced Kim Rothstein, wife of legal ponzi-schemer Scott Rothstein and Bar-tender-cum-socialite to 18 months in prison for her role in attempting to hide swag jewelry from federal investigators. The sentence seems a bit excessive to us.
MEGAN FOX
We've done many things in a trial, but introducing a photo of Megan Fox is not one of them. But ASA Gayle Levine did yesterday during a murder trial, as per @Davidovalle305:

I'm no softy but, I disagree with you. For a long time, with all the fall out over her husband, she should have steered away from such behavior. Scott Rothstein epitomized greed and corruption (in the worst way possible) so Kim's retaining of ungodly gaudy jewelry was an extension of that sickening greed. Eighteen months was a great result done by great lawyering
So here is my question:
Does David Weinstein ever go to trial or is he just continuing his career as a prosecutor by pleading every single case he's ever had in practice out?
