I use to sign these blank OT slips bc there were times when I needed help get some reluctant witnesses to come to court to prosecute defendants charged with serious crimes. I could count on t these detectives to visit the witnesses and bring them to court. Was it the the right thing to do? Probably not. But if that what it took to get done measure of justice for NOKs, I didn’t mind. Here is some more weird copy and paste.
