CHAMPIONS

YOUR FLORIDA PANTHERS ARE STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS FOR THE FIRST TIME

For those of you who did the Miami thing and showed up mid-way in the third period and were upset that you didn't see any goals or fights, you missed a great game. The Cats scored first but the Oilers quickly answered. Then the Cats went up 2-1 and played championship defense and shut the Oilers down for two periods and won a hard earned Stanley Cup Championship.

We admit we had a strong financial interest in the Oilers winning the Cup- like a buy a few bottles of Opus One kind of interest.  But we made enough on their 3-0 run to even the series at 3-3 to be happy. And we congratulate your Florida Panthers for bringing a championship to Miami.

Enjoy it. This might be the last Championship Miami sees for a while- unless they repeat next year.

When he took the stick and shot the ball into the box, I knew my years as a Painter fan had not been wasted. I was sitting mid-court on the 25 (yard line for those of you not in the know), with a couple Russian realtors on each side. Man, the Miami team deserved this. I was told by my friend in the organization, that they ship their ice in from Greenland because it is universally agreed that it is the smoothest around. That is dedication to the sweet science ain’t it? Also, the jamboni rides are my favorite! Go Rats!!!!

Congrats to the carts on a well-deserved victory! But back to regularly scheduled programming, Rump, you should have a separate post with a link to Melba Pearson’s interview with Cory Smith’s lawyer, Allison Ferber Miller, that took place yesterday. I’m pretty sure that many of your readers don’t know some of the shocking information revealed by Miller.

I take the hottest girl you can imagine to last night’s game. 5’10. Yanked out of hooters after two days by a modeling agency. Has 2.5 million followers on IG an X. We saunter in mid second period. She’s wearing tight jean shorts and a belly shirt and every guy is eyeing her. She dives into her phone - naturally and responds with an “OMG my friends are saying you have to get me an iconic chicken fingers and coke” and when I do she posts it. Over 100k views with 18K likes so far.

Like wtf is up with stadium chicken fingers being so iconic and good ? When the Panthers won she kept asking me if this was good and could we come back next weekend. lol.

901 I saw you. Lower bowl. Oilers side. Blue line ten rows back. Offered you a beer. Your gf was smokin hot. My gf was eyeing me the whole time to see if I was looking. You ruined the game for a lot of guys there with their gfs or wives. lol.
Really envious of you bro.
