A VERY BUSY TUESDAY

 Tuesday was a pretty busy day.

In response to a fight among gang members in a federal facility in Beaumont, Texas:

FDC in Miami went on lockdown;

All federal prisons went on lockdown;

Tom Brady retired;

Miss Natalie canceled Art Time for her pre-school class in Miami Tater-Tots Pre-school;

The Washington Football team made a last-minute change in its new name. They will now be called "The Commanders" They had previously settled on MS13;

Former Miami Dolphins coach Brian Flores sued the NFL for racism, and alleged among other shocking things, that Miami Dolphins owner offered his $100,000 per loss in order to get the first draft pick two years ago (which was current Super Bowl Quarterback Joe Burrow, except if the Dolphins had the number one pick it would have been Punter Myron Schwartznaggle);

Vladimir Putin gave a new conference and accused Costa Rica of threatening his country. He moved more troops to the Ukraine border in response;

Bill Gates announced a modified tracking device for the Pfizer vaccine to be given to children under 5 - ("Not more lost children! Ever!!);

The City of Miami Beach vowed to arrest people who take videos of the beach and surf and ocean and sand:  "enough is enough with these video thugs";

The Dade County State Attorney's Office announced that for the remainder of 2022 all victims on all cases "want the max";

OH we almost Forgot. February 2- Happy Birthday 🎂Ayn Rand.

What. Nothing about Punxsutawney Phil. Disappointed to not see an in depth discussion from you on whether winter will last another six weeks.

You forgot

1. Broward State Attorneys Office -same as it ever was
2. Miami States Attorneys Office- provide a credit card number so that you can be billed , then…maybe they’ll return calls and emails. For a premium, they may answer the phone
3. Miami Corrections/ they’re in a competition with the SMV to see who is the most difficult government entity to deal with.
4. Cafeteria on first floor of the justice building- it must be a drug front
5. Miami Dolphins - the new vernacular for doing something real bad ie “ you’ve committed a very serious offense, a miami dolphin of the most serious degree”
6. Dolly Parton - does she deserve consideration for the rock n roll hall of fame?
7. Judge Glazer- she does a great job with the bond hearings but smile once in a while
8. Steven Ross- Hasta la vista baby ! Good riddance.

Regarding Steven Ross :

Flores conflates racism witch being a snitch when he exposes the 100k dump offer.

Ross gave him a job for three years plus severance. Hard to then say after Ross is a racist. In this league it's playoffs or go home

Kinda lame that he is bringing his former boss in on the wrong Bryan text story.

V Ross, Florez may get taxed for attys fees.

I don't mind coach Florez' use of the race card I just think he should have left it in the bag and checked his ego because he went to far. He will be lucky to get a job in the league now.

Can you believe those idiots in Texas keep reelecting Ted Cruz?

Whoever decided to draft baby armed tua over Justin Herbert should be fired and banned from the league..as for Flores what an ingrate and what a ridiculously drafted complaint..embarassing

Holy shit, Rump. Does any ASA return a phone call or an email these days? Considering they have email in their offices, in the courtroom and on their phones, why does it take weeks to get a simple response. And you call the State Attorney's Office main line and get a voicemail. Seriously? I email Broward ASAs and usually get a response within an hour. And their main line has a real human being answering.

Judges- If you wonder why nothing gets done on your cases, look no further than ASAs that simply don't communicate.

I wish I could name names and divisions on here.
