WHAT CANT THEY DO

If they can handcuff a US Senator for asking a question, imagine what they can do to you

Item: United States Senator Alex Padilla was thrown to the ground and handcuffed by federal agents for asking a question during DHS Head Kristi Noem’s press conference in LA.

US Senator Padilla (from California) cant (your word, not mine) follow your top of the page advice from Congressman John Lewis. He had trouble getting in the way and causing trouble. He was shown the door. Just like Harris/Waltz in the last election. Maxine Waters should be the next one to try.

Ordinary Americans know what they can do. Nice to see lawyers are figuring it out too. This happens under both Democrat and Republican administrations. Senator Padilla is very lucky to be alive, and was not shot dead by LE as a threat to Secretary Noem. Shoot first and ask questions later is usually how it goes, every day in the United States.

Come on, gotta love it! Can’t say this did not make a few smiles today. This plus the video of gangsta sacked by civilian after throwing bottle at cop. F. A. F. O.

Not True
He was removed because, while his motives might be good, he acted like an asshole. He behaved like an an unidentified intruder to a press conference. No questions were being entertained at that moment. He could have Identified himself and waited until Q&A. Shouting out a question while approaching the podium, uninvited and unidentified, demands, in todays times, an immediate response from security. If they stood by and took no action you know they would be fired. Now adays they can't take chances. While being ejected he continued to push back and try to move towards the podium. Security properly moved him to and then out the doors. Did they then beat him, No. Did they immediately "direct him to the floor", as our local law enforcement folks like to say, No.
What they did do was walk him around the corner and put him on his knees then down on the floor and in the necessary restraints until they could determine who he was and what to do. These security people don't and should not have to take chances with activities like this. They did not sign up to be professional punching bag. A U.S. Senator making no announcement of his identity before or while barging in, no physical I.D. Nothing. "I am a U.S. Senator ! Saying so don't make it so.
If you don't want this staged, dramatic and confrontational moment before the press but want to ask your questions, act like normal person, a U.S. Senator and wait until Q&A., identifiy your self and ask all the questions you want.
We deserve better from our elected representatives.
We, like the security detail, don't have to put up with bad behavior from you in these situations.

Are you bringing a PROVOCATEUR Rumpole?

More than a majority of voters said: Do you really believe these liberal leftist do nothing politicians are leaders we should follow?

The voters said we need to implement policies and an action plan by a President that the MAJORITY of voters put in office to rid us of illegal alien violent criminals. Voters want and need to bring back FAMILY VALUES. I’m personally sick of all these crimes by illegals, fentanyl and fraud in health care.

REPRINTED with permission from The Captain:

THE CAPTAIN REPORTS:

YOUR NEWEST COUNTY COURT JUDGE IS .....

JOANNE HERNANDEZ

In 2024, Governor DeSantis appointed Jennifer Hochstadt to the County Court bench. One year after her appointment, she resigned. Today, the Governor appointed her replacement.

Hernandez handled bankruptcy, family, and real estate law; she was the managing partner of Miami Law Center PA, which she owns, operates and is the sole practitioner of. She is a 43-year-old Republican, according to state records. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 after earning her Juris Doctor from Florida International University. Her member profile with the Bar says she’s fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Welcome Judge Joanne Hernandez to the bench.

Joanne Hernandez will be an excellent addition to the bench. She is well deserving of the appointment. She was not a former ASA or AUSA and to still be appointed in such short time says a lot about her qualifications. She is an excellent lawyer and will be an excellent jurist.

Rump, what’s up with the blog not posting about the Alexander Brothers’ case? Please don't tell me you are starting to warm up to KFR and her gang members. The Herald has written quite a few interesting articles about them. The SAO-Miami is concocting its next big scandal with that case.

She was doing a press conference, PR for the military occupying an American city. In a democracy when public officials speak attempting to explain their actions they might get questions and pushback. Here from the Senator of the state she is arguing for military occupation of. Societies that meet such questioning with state violence are authoritarian.

These talking points don’t really work when they’re raiding elementary schools, courthouses, and workplaces.

just another mediocre lawyer who can not make a living in private practice and seeks a paycheck while wearing a black robe.

Lenny Glick, I didn’t have much respect for you to start with. Now I have none.

He was just asking questions? What? Post the video not just a photo. He was behaving like an unhinged lunatic. Why do democrats always excuse their own party members crazy behavior and violence?

Rump my hot Houthi rebel girlfriend that I met at a Palestinian solidarity march in Central Park last year and who now lives with me - her phone exploded last night (figuratively) as Israel bombed Iran. She’s been asked to return to help the cause. She has degrees in electrical engineering and chemistry and while we don’t discuss it I think she helped repair missiles and later contributed to schematics to design them that were sent to Iran. I don’t want her to go. Thoughts ?

You clearly have never met her, never had a case against her, and never been in a courtroom with her. The fact she was appointed, despite not meeting the normal criteria for appointees, speaks for itself. She is an excellent addition to the bench.

Less than a majority. By constantly spewing this lie intentionally over and over through right wing media and social media it intends to obfiscate the fact that Trump won the election, but by less than a majority of the popular vote

Just saying that many people don’t leave their name. Judge Glick did so the criticism is fair. But I disagree with it. Judge Glick and I obviously don’t see eye to eye on politics. But he was a great judge and I’d take him to handle a case anytime. Nice to see he reads the blog in his retirement. HR

If the majority of American voters elect an avowed racist who promises to inflict cruel treatment on people of color, follows through on this promise once elected, and defies judges who order him to stop this unconstitutional course of conduct, is that ok because the avowed racist won the election?

If Rick Scott or Marco Rubio showed up at a Biden press conference held in Florida and tried to ask a question, I guess it's ok to tackle them to the ground because they didn't identify themselves or present documents to establish their identity.

The parade was an embarrassment! Next time just get some of our North Korean friends to show us how it’s done..

It may serve some people to actually watch all the widely available video of this event so they can see he announced himself as a senator AND didn’t lunge at anyone.

If you need it spoon-fed, go watch Legal Eagle.
