The blog and our email was flooded yesterday alerting us to a shocking Not Guilty in a first-degree murder case before Judge De La O (on a Friday of all days to boot). PDs Annmarie Harris and Yanelis Zamora notched the win for a client whose trial apparently swirled with mysterious rumors of santeria and black magic. Two experienced prosecutors took the loss which was not expected in a case in which there was a videotaped confession.
This is your first weekend without NFL football since late August. How are you holding up?

The PDS used Chinese balloons to spy on the state and learn their case. Rumor is state is filing a motion for new trial and DeSantis is preparing a new Florida law to allow judges to grant motions for new trial when someone is acquitted of first or second degree murder.

His campaign advertising has him in his black robe, in front of the state seal and says Judge martin Zilber for District 2 Commissioner.
Too bad he doesnt have a Navy uniform to posein.

Lance passed away several years ago due to cancer that he fought for a long time. He was a good guy and lawyer. He lived in Pinecrest with an awesome nursey and was raising his son in that he had custody and the mother was out of the picture.

Rump I watched the trial mostly from beginning to end either on zoom or in person. This was a meticulously planned defense by lawyers who spent years planning for every possibility against arrogant prosecutors who were sure they couldn’t lose. But did. They got ambushed by their own ego.

The trial was like an M Night Shyamalan movie. Everyone but the dullest observer knew the outcome which is why the prosecutors were so shocked that they stormed away without even stopping to explain or comfort the next of kin. And it was a real tragedy for that woman to lose her son and see the girl who caused his murder walk free.
When you see prosecutors treat next of kin so rudely like that it puts their fake concern for victims ( victim wants Max) imto perspective. They don’t really care about victims just punishing defendants.
The big Z is back baby. Pregnant women everywhere should be worried.

Will Judge Martin Zilber ultimately become Mayor of Miami Martin Zilber?
I say yes. He will transform Miami into a global hotspot as first a City Commissioner and then as The Mayor.
Maybe Governor one day? He is so connected and has the charisma needed to unite Miami.
