All I can read is that Judge Mark Blumstein needs to be unseated. There is a reason that he was the first incumbent to draw opposition and there was a long list of people ready to run against him.

Judge Robert Watson, this morning, when the State offered ADJ + CTS for cocaine possession:
"Is it the policy of the Miami Dade State Attorneys Office that cocaine possession is not a crime worth punishing?"

RW: "I mean what does CTS mean here? How many days does he have in?"
