UPDATE: Who likes a juicy story about two federal judges (Moreno and Zloch) feuding?

DOM has all the juicy details here along with the troubling possibility that Federal PD Kathy Williams' nomination to the Federal bench may be collateral damage of Zloch's anger at Moreno. As always Judge Moreno is both a gentleman and the true epitome of a Judge as he tries to navigate these rocky waters while giving a gentle boost to Ms. Williams' nomination.
UPDATE II- The Traffic Magistrate who snaps pictures:
The JAA Blog has links to the PC Affidavit (here) and the Sun Sentinel article here that Browierd Traffic Mag Rhonda "F-Stop" Hollander was taking pictures of men standing at the urinal in the men's bathroom. She also is alleged to have bitten the finger of a BSO deputy who was tasked with investigating the "Case of the Pictures in the Potty."

is it just me or does anyone else think that DOM is jerking off to the thought of cameras in federal court?
Jack Thompson has filed a bar complaint against Cheney Mason for gesturing with his middle finger to reporters and spectators gathered outside the restaurant where the defense team was celebrating Casey Anthony's acquittal.

Rump, I know you're staying away from the Casey Anthony case, but I just came across an interesting tidbit. According to a Herald article, Coral Gables "attorney" John B. Thompson filed a bar complaint against Casey Anthony attorney Cheney Mason for flipping a middle finger to some media personnel. Apparently he feels that Mason has brought shame to the Bar.
Funny thing is, pursuant to the Bar's website, Thompson was permanently disbarred in January 2009. Even better: Thompson's email address on record with teh Bar is amendmentone@comcast.net.
Get a life Thompson.

Why did she follow him into the bathroom? Was there an incident between the two outside in the hallway ? Did he go into the Men's bathroom to avoid her? Did she follow him into the bathroom to take his picture to later notify the police?

Cheney mason's actions while vulgar, are protected by the First Amendment.

wacky jackie is back. I do not think the Florida Bar will take him seriously. Mason should sue this wacko for a variety of causes of actions. what an asshole.
Thompson mentioned that Mason's actions were an "insult to the profession." Wasn't Thompson disbarred, therefore not a part of "the profession?"
I am sure that the Anthony jurors knew who Milt Hirsch was. That was probably the reason for the NG verdict. If Mason know Milt, that was good enough to acquit.
