Palm Beach County Attorney John G. “Jay” White, III has become president-elect designate of The Florida Bar after being elected without opposition. White will be sworn in as president-elect at the Bar's 2007 Annual Meeting in June, when current President-Elect Francisco R. Angones of Miami is sworn in as president. White will be sworn in as president in June 2008.

BUT I DO LIKE THE RUMOR THAT IT'S OUR JAY WHITE - LETS KEEP IT GOING!

Dear Mr/Ms 12:33 pm poster:

I really hate is when some jerk like you signs my name to something I did not write.

If you are on the DUI listserve and do not want to get emails from all of us, ask and you will be removed, otherwise, as the King of Spain said to the President of Venezuela....

The key to understanding the ROC is to remember the importance of money and power. The ROC is tiny, but it is part of a much larger organization. That entity, which has gained geometrically in size, power and prestige over the past 3-years is the JAC.

What was once a small administrative body has become, through revision 7, a giant power sucking monster. And who runs the JAC? Victoria Montanaro. It is her empire and she is loathe to dismantle it.

FACDL isn't fighting the ROC. It's actually fighting Victoria Montanaro.

I hope you prepare better than that when you cross examine a witness dumbass:

Reminds me of '...because I saw him spit it out...'

Used to love jackasses like you when I was a prosecutor.

OMG Rump de la Rump: I just had the most brillant idea. Ready?

You know how they put the pictures of missing children on milk cartons? Right?

Well, get this:

They should put the pictures of missing transvestites on cartons of Half and Half!!!!!!!!

Thanks. You've been a great audience. Tip those waitresses!!!

Jay White is THE MAN!.

I always knew he would go far.

Anonymous said...

I was proud to endorse Jay's successful candidacy for the Presidency of the Florida Bar.

The criminal bar deserves having one of its own at the top for a year.

Here's a thought: Proponents of the ROC say that private SAPDs are bitter b/c they wont be reciving anymore cases. Considering 90% of SAPD are severe money losers (compared to what we make when we are privately reatined) that couldnt be further from the truth.
I have six or seven cases that I dont need to lose any more money on. How bout those ROC attorneys come and get them? If the ROC wants to handle cases b/c they would be cheaper and more efficient than us private attorneys, why dont they start by taking all cases that are currently being handled by SAPDs?

I say the couple hundred attorneys in Dade that have SAPD cases go in front of the presiding judges and withdraw from our cases. We'll state in our motions that we will not apply for any fees for any work we've done and that we just want off the case. We are confident that the ROC will step right in and save the day.

ROC and JAC want to save the taxpayers money? Then take my cases now so I can stop losing more money on them.

the trialmaster does not do court appointed cases. the trialmaster is not a bottom feeder.

Right now in the Barak Obama campaign, as they are reeling from their upset loss in Nevada, there is a small group of top officials starting to hum this tune:

We need a little Barzee...
Just a little Barzee
we need a little Barzee right now now now...

The political mastermind is on his way???

Anonymous said...

Despite the loss, Obama camp says they won the delegate count rather than the popular vote, 13 to 12. The Associated Press seems to agree but at the end of the day its what the Nevada Democratic Party says, so looks like Hillary takes this one. Edwards is the one who came away with a true upset loss, at a mere 5%.

trial master

you are such a fuck nut. id like to hit u in the back of the head with a bowling pin.

I'm pretty sure I invited you to mine via e-mail, Rumpole.

Trialmaster - A large bet is available that you do indeed do court appointed cases and are indeed a bottom feeder.

Anonymous said...

I have a larger bet that the trialmaster is a fictitious character that just writes in to get a response from idiots who believe him to be real.
