San Pedro was the great corrupter and was tried by Rothenberg
The Great Corrupter. Alberto San Pedro. Judge Harold Solomon. Defense was Irwin Block, one of the best trial lawyers ever to step foot in the MJB. Block had two co counsel. Can you name them. One has passed away and one is an El Jefe. Don’t recall who prosecuted the case.

Jerry or Max Kogan were co-counsel to Irwin. Definitely one of the best ever trial attorneys and a real gentleman. Do not forget he was Co-Counsel with Phil Hubbart in the Pitts-Lee case. Two real heros in difficult times in the pan handle of Florida
I disagree that Rothenberr tried the San Pedro case- try again.
Jerry or Max Kogan were not Co counsel to Block. Jennifer Bailey was never Chief Judge. Try Joel Brown and Joe Farina.
And while we are at it, Dominic Koo was the first Asian American Judge in Miami, while Mattie Belle Davis was the first female Judge.

The REG Building cornerstone is dated 1959, but I don't think the building was placed in service until 1962.
Judge Ellen "Maximum" Morphonios prosecuted Jim Morrison and was later profiled on 60 Minutes.

The ASA was about the 4th to handled the case and didn't know the title was in the court file. 3rd DCA reversed and said, the beef is in the court file.
