ADD ONE TO THE QUESTION

The question as we begin the 3rd week of April now has a new component: What will occur first:

1) The Straits of Hormuz opening?

2) The Escalator on the first floor of the REGJB working? Or now...

3) The NY Mets winning a game?

The Mets are currently mired in an 0-11 streak, causing significant distress to Rumpole's baseball betting bankroll.

More news this Monday. The administration has currently begun refunding over 166 billion in illegally collected tariffs. Which means Trump paid for the tariffs before Mexico paid for the wall.

US equity markets set to open down Monday morning as they digest the news of the US seizing an Iranian cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman. If you've missed out on some stocks, now is the time to watch and perhaps snap up a few shares of say Palantir, Tesla, Applied Materials.  We sold out of Coherent after it broke 310 and promptly missed an additional run to 345 😢. We could have used the additional cash considering the financial disaster the Mets have wrought.

Enjoy the week even if the State announces that the victim wants Max.

You already know the answer to both of those question. Sort of and of course not.

Judge Glazer is making rounds on news/social media about the FIU student that was arrested for wanting BB Netanyahu to drop bombs on school event. Waste of taxpayer money if you ask me...

I asked the employee working on the escalator this AM, and he said the Straight will open first.

Where do you keep your non-stock owned cash? You're always talking about dumping more $ into certain stocks but where do you get the cash from?
Sure, it sounds good to buy when the people are fearful, etc. You say buy Msft, buy eli lilly, AMAT. But where do you get the $ ? Do you not automatically fund accounts on a regular basis?

I charge a whole bunch of money for my services. Like a ridiculous amount. And then I buy Lilly or today - Netflix and Poet because I’m still on tilt over selling coherent

It’s hard to keep up with comments this week. My legal work keeps interfering with my mock drafts I’m running. There’s like four websites I’m hooked on.

Sure let’s just ignore rabid antisemites. The ironic thing is judging by the looks of her, she’s from some Central American country but would still be considered “just Mexican” anywhere north of Miami.

What will happen first? The Straits of Hormuz opening or The Fl Bar takes disciplinary actions on unethical prosecutors?

Judge Glazer is ineffective in her present position at the bond hearings. Perhaps it is time for her to seek inspiration from Rumpole on her future endeavours.

Who knows but Pinder V. Zamet et al is going to be fun to follow.

Not only has she done a good job as any, but she also gives bonds on nominal “ burglary with battery “ cases. I think your condemnation is highly inaccurate
