GREGG WENZEL REMINDER

Friends
It has been Ten years since we lost our son Gregg David Wenzel. We still have to deal with that loss on a daily basis. We have been fortunate to have had the love and support of so many friends – both ours and Gregg’s. We have been able to share annual memorial services at the CIA in Washington, D.C., with other families whom we share a similar loss. Gregg is remembered by the CIA with a Star #81 carved on the wall and his name written in the Book of Honor under the Stars.

One way in which we hope to keep Gregg’s memory and spirit a live is by the Gregg David Wenzel Scholarship Fund, if you wish to make a donation in his memory, go to the link below

Thanks for your support-Please share this with anyone else who might know Gregg.

Gladys and Mitch Wenzel

I miss Gregg immensely. Few shared his passion and love for life. It doesn't feel like ten years. I still feel his extraordinary energy today.

Gregg was a great guy. I looked forward to seeing him at Chabad in Miami Beach and at Bal Harbour. The last conversation I had with him was the two of us discussing the differences between the digital and traditional dark rooms, and his telling me that he was leaving Miami to study Arabic in D.C.

The link to Chabad is a must read for those who didn't know who Gregg was and what he stood for.

Watching O'Mara get on the ground and reinacting the scene reminded me of the late great former cop, prosecutor and judge Stan Goldstein. He was a great guy and blackjack player as well. He didnt mind getting on the floor when he defending murder defendants......
