Im a female interested in getting breast implants. Any of you men with wives or girlfriends with recent boob jobs let me know what you think. Do they feel weird? Women with boob jobs, what do you say?

Post a pic of what you have now, so that we can make an adequate recommendation

I like small tits and I cannot lie, silicon breasts are just not fly, if you get the job done hun, you'll have small breasted women on the run, keep the scar small - not wide, deduct the cost on your taxes on the fly, pointy nipples are really nice and more than a mouthful will suffice, for those who like to keep their small ones- make up for it with big buns, and if you get the job done right for mucho dinero, you can go through life with people thinking you're an airhead.

To 3:22, Remember "anything more than a mouthful is wasted "

I'll start the Sy Memories: I was a young prosectuor in Narcotics trying a trafficking case. Sy walked over, "borrowed" a few sheets of paper and a pen and proceeded to kick my butt.

sy and julio jimenez (his law partner at the time) beat me on two out of three weak sex batt cases against the same sleazebag.
on the last one i made julio an offer of 10 years s.p., to which he replied: "10 years for a blow job? he didnt even come!!!" true story. guy got 2 years from judge salmon.

The best thing about Sy is that he relly likes everybody. He will bother ASA's openly in court, but, once he leaves, it's all over. He will never bad-mouth a lawyer. As far as he is concerned they are all nice kids. He feels the same way about judges. They're ok.

yeah, looks like weve all learned a lot from Sy - NOT!

On my very first day of work as an assistant state attorney in June of 1977 I was given a stack of files and rushed into the late, great Judge Dominic Koo's courtroom to try some DUI cases. No training, no "gung ho" speaches--just "knock your socks off, kid".
It was a rather bewildering experience for a 22 year old "newbie".

However, a kindly, older gentleman offered to take me under his wing and teach me the realities of life. He explained how the police had railroaded his client, a sweet little old lady; how they had trampled all over her rights and cruelly slammed her into the drunk tank with no cause whatsover.

Incensed at the injustice, I confronted my witnesses with these serious accusations. Expecting them to quail before my righteous indignation, I was astonished to see them howling in laughter. One of the police officers, having controlled his hysterics, simply said "I guess you just met Sy Gaer." He gave me the other side of the story.

I went back to the person I now knew as Mr. Gaer and politely said: "Excuse me sir, but it appears you may be full of - - - -." His response, with a dismissive gesture: "No maybe about it."

A couple of decades later, I'm sitting on the bench itching to start a jury trial--it was already past 10 am. Only one other case left on calendar, Sy's Motion for Mitigation for one of his clients--actually typed out! Well, I waited but no Sy, so I denied it. Jury is about to come in when Sy pants through the door. I told him how I had argued to myself that his client had been railroaded and was the victim of a colossal injustice, but I didn't quite convince myself--so I denied it, albeit with tears in my eye. Without blinking a eye, Sy manages to gasp out "Judge you just weren't eloquent enough." He then proceeds to tell me how I should have argued it to myself, congratulates me on what would have been a great argument and grants his own motion.

Ethics
Appeals court judge faces complaint over speech to conservative Christians

November 01, 2006 By: Forrest Norman

Miami civic gadfly has filed a state Judicial Qualifications Commission complaint against 3rd District Court of Appeal Judge Leslie Rothenberg, claiming she violated judicial ethics rules by speaking at a breakfast held by a Christian conservative group.

The complaint, filed Oct. 29 by Darrin McGillis, alleges that Judge Rothenberg’s speech at a breakfast meeting of the Christian Family Coalition of Miami-Dade County after the Sept. 5 primary elections violated Canon 2B of the Code of Judicial Conduct. That rule prohibits judges from lending “the prestige of office to advance the private interests of another.”

A number of judges and judicial candidates attended the breakfast, which was hosted by the Christian group’s director, Anthony Verdugo. But Rothenberg is the only judge who gave a speech at the event, during which judges and judicial candidates introduced themselves at the podium.

Judge Rothenberg, who was appointed by Gov. Jeb Bush in 2004 and is running for merit retention on Nov. 7, declined to comment for this article.

But Coral Gables attorney Ervin A. Gonzalez, who described himself as Rothenberg’s “friend and adviser,” telephoned the Daily Business Review to comment. “She made an innocuous speech about how the 3rd District Court of Appeal functions, which is the kind of educational speech that is actually encouraged by the canon,” Gonzalez said.

In an interview, McGillis said it doesn’t matter what Rothenberg spoke about before the Christian Family Coalition, which has actively taken public positions against gay marriage and gay rights legislation. “She was up there at the podium speaking to this hate group, being photographed at their event, doing exactly what she isn’t supposed to,” he said.

The Christian Family Coalition of Miami-Dade has been at the center of recent controversies involving judicial election questionnaires, in which the group asked candidates to complete surveys asking for their personal views about abortion, anti-sodomy laws and gay rights.

Rothenberg completed a coalition survey after she left the circuit court bench to run for Miami-Dade state attorney as a Republican in 2004. In her response, she indicated her opposition to abortion and employee benefits for gay partners.

After Rothenberg lost in the Republican primary and the 3rd DCA Judicial Nominating Commission recommended her as a finalist for the appellate bench, critics said her public comments on abortion and gay rights disqualified her from ruling on cases related to those issues.

Most judges running for re-election or merit retention around the state have refused to complete surveys about their personal views on legal and social issues. They cite Florida judicial rules against promising to rule a certain way and requiring judges to recuse themselves when there is an appearance of bias. That has prompted the Florida Family Policy Council to file a federal suit challenging the constitutionality of the state judicial rules.

McGillis is no stranger to the courts, having filed about 10 lawsuits and settled more than 20 out of court. He conceded he has a personal issue with Rothenberg.

One of his suits involved allegations of homosexual taunting. When that suit came up on appeal before a three-judge panel on which Rothenberg served, the panel issued a ruling that was unfavorable to McGillis. He argues that Judge Rothenberg should have recused herself from his case given “her publicly anti-gay agenda.”

But Gonzalez argued that McGillis’ complaint has no merit. “This is simply an individual who wants attention for himself,” he said. “He has created an issue that doesn’t exist.”

Rothenberg has faced prior allegations of bias on the bench. As a circuit judge, she twice was forced to recuse herself from cases after defense attorneys showed that she had made prejudicial statements against their clients.

In 1992, the chairman of the Dade County chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers sent a letter to the circuit’s chief judge asking him not to assign Rothenberg to hear criminal cases, questioning her ability to hear such cases impartially.

ahh, Mr. Gonzalez, can I book Leslie for my anti-abortion rally. I do not need her to talk about anti-abortion, just her appearance at the event is enough to help the credibility of our agenda.

Give me a fuckin break “She made an innocuous speech about how the 3rd District Court of Appeal functions, which is the kind of educational speech that is actually encouraged by the canon,” Gonzalez said."

Yea, thats what appeals judges should do just show up at all the controversial abortion, church and state events, wait why stop there KKK rallies and chat about the Court operations, because the canons promote this. Gonzalez, If you believe that then I have a Bridge in Brooklyn I want to sell you.

kkk v. the cfc. get a grip 849.
so she gave a speech to a religious group who feel that the penis should be placed in a vigina rather then another man's anus. is that such a radical view? when was the last time any of us saw a dog plow another dog in the ass? is male gay sex natural?
on the other side, being a lesbian seems all together natural. if the cfc would alter their stance and make and soften their stance gay female sex alot of us would sign up.
