NEWS FLASH!All charges against former-ASA Ray Sarmiento have been dropped due to a "lack of evidence".

well, if it wasnt dropped it would have been suppressed. congrats ray!

now we get to see how the drama unfolds in the SAO.....stay tuned readers

vindication for Ramon! I hope they clear his name as aggressively as they besmirched it.

GRIECO GOOGLE: REDSKIN FANS HAVE FOUND THE BLOG!!!!

Aaaaaah. The wonders of Google. This forum came up in a search for Mike Grieco. Sorry to intrude, but this is too good. We Redskins fans are taking a great deal of pleasure in laughing at Mike Grieco. You really should view the saved version of his MySpace site. It's really funny, especially the ten year old foul mouthed rapper. (We know you are reading these blog entries Mike...)
You probably are the one trying to pick the fight on the New York Subway with Davidoff. Some call you "DJ Dirty Sanchez" after looking at your MySpace site preserved forever... Yes, it is part of Redskins history now.
Kudos. You do seem to know a lot of hot (and slightly skanky) women who adore you. I especially like the one on this blog who is clearly in LOVE with you and thinks you can sleep with everyone's wives and girlfriends. Women always do love the bad boyz, but I bet they're snickering now.
You'll get over this though.
Thanks for the laughs, delivering Sean Taylor back to us for next season, and mostly for the voyeurism we all enjoyed.
Good luck with your Automatic Slims business.

  1. I wonder if this means he's ok with the Bar too.

  2. Congrats Ray!!! They owe you an appology, as do the lawyers who were trashing you on the blog.

When you are ready to sue some folks, give me a call: 1-800-ano-nymous

  3. at the end of the day, davidoff is nothing but a SNITCH! Out.

  4. it's good that the charges were dropped, because is x is fun, mostly harmless, at least compared to booze, a waste of time to prosecute. but just because the state can't proceed because of an obviously illegal search, a real city of miami special, it doesn't mean that sarmiento wasn't using x, and doesn't make him any less of a hypocritical prick.

    ReplyDelete
  5. No one owes him an apology. Even you defense attorneys know that he was AT LEAST carrying the drugs... so he's still a hypocrite... and he still deserved to be fired and shamed.

  6. To 8:37 and 8:40:

AMEN!!!!! Finally someone said what I have been thinking all along. WTF! "Congrats to RAY?" The jagoff had 7 hits of X on him. Take it from my (umm ummm) not too pristine past, anyone who is stooooppppid enough to have that quantity of x on him is either dealing or has a serious drug problem. 1st time users don't need 7 pills to get them off. (or if you choose to believe his story 3.5). The office should can his ass. And the rest of us should end this saga with a head shake and a sigh saying, "what a waste of human talent" and move on!

  7. he prosecute's those who break the law, thats his job. change the law, thats the problem. the problem isnt a guy who parties on the weekend. if that was the problem, our little building would essentially be closed for business.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Could have been salt pills to help him retain water for dancing. Point is....case over, give him his job back, he was a good prosecutor.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Give him his job back????????? I think the trust factor is gone amongst the citizens of Dade County.

  10. fuck the liar. Sarmiento stay private, do drugs, read the blog and live on Brickell for the rest of your life.

  11. word to that. and if im gonna meet my friends, and i have one pill for all them, i guess i deserve a min man. just cuz he had 7 pills doesnt even come close to making him a dealer or one with a drug problem. ever buy a case of beer and let other people have some? did you drink all 24? lush.....

  12. in miami, where not everyone is actually who they seem, the line between crook and cop often blurs

  13. Where is Ray? Has anyone seen him? This is a serious question. i woulds like get in touch with him.

  14. It seems that Mindy Glazer, who is prego, is going off the deep end. She blames Kathy Rundle for her certain opposition from Mrs. Mirranda. She has vowed to get even.... She has allegedly sworn to run against Rundle and fire all that support Mirranda if she is ousted.

    ReplyDelete
  15. By the way, this is just a rumor of course.

  16. Why is it that everytime I post that Barzee is ugly and should have that redmole removed from her face, I am censored, but people can post that they masturbate and think of her?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Jimenez is a paradox. He is a mean and nasty guy who gets by as a nice guy who tries to be everyone's friend. Under it all, he is really a mean, nasty, insecure person.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I would love for Glazer to be State Attorney and fire all that oppose her. It would be a breath of fresh air the office needs. The first one out the door should be DH.

Hey Rump, how 'bout a poll:

Who should be the first ASA fired when and if a new State Attorney is elected from outside the office?

    Here is my list:
    1. DH
    2. LS
    3. KB
    4. HP

  19. Poll topic: Which defense attorney is most likely to be arrested for a life felony? Which prosecutor? Which judge?

    ReplyDelete
  20. first fired: Anyone who has ever pursued the death penalty. it is a sublime and macabre opera everytime I see one of these educated fools in a suit and tie trying to kill someone...to actively murder someone for...killing someone.

  21. judge mindy glazer is the hottest thing going in the civil court. every guy (and some hot female court reporters) have the hots for her. any one agree that she is very sexy and flirts with many of the powerful lawyers.

  22. jOSEPH ROSENBAUM, FOR BEING AN ASSHOLE AND A LIAR. HE SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH BEING A LIAR AND SENTENCED TO 45 YERAS

  23. thank god - I was worried we had all grown up and had stopped the viscious personal attacks - congratulations to the miami criminal justice system - you are back on display disgracefully

    ReplyDelete
  24. its funny how we're still pegging sarmiento was only being legally clear of the charges but a prick for getting caught with that... but if it were any regular defendant, we'd say that he was totally innocent and that he was likely framed, lied about, the cops fabricated evidence, etc... when one person came on here and said something like "if they were caught, they were guilty" - others came on and said that the wrongful conviction numbers are high and lots of mistakes are made... not very balanced a position... hmmmmm

  25. Hey Redskins Fan:

Get a life, your team sucks. The only redeeming quality is that you have a couple UM guys. You haven't done anything worthwile since you beat Miami in the playoffs in the 1980s. Your uniforms are ugly too.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Glazer is cool. Mrs. Miranda is simply a little rich girl playing at a real life.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Glazer is cool, you are right. But, Miranda is a fantastic prosecutor with a great work ethic. She may not have to work, but she does it whole heartedly and just as hard as any other person in the office. She is kind, understanding and would make a great judge if she is elected. It is too bad she doesn't run against one of the slouches on the bench.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Can somebody please explain the legalities and ethics of ASA Miranda actively and openly campaigning for judge 1) while still employed as an ASA; 2) while on SAO time; and 3) without filing the requisite paperwork in Tallahassee??

    ReplyDelete
  29. I don't think it is an ethical problem.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I can tell you that the race is going to be ugly.

    ReplyDelete
  31. i think we should import some hot UM cheerleaders for judge. at least court would be fun.

    ReplyDelete
  32. likely to commit a first degree felony?

i vote for larry sparks from the defense bar (though he may already have one under his belt), greenstein from the p.d.s, greico from the sao, and arzola from the bench.

  33. If you want a good replacement for KFR, why on God's green earth would you look to anyone even remotely entrenched in the heirarchy already? You want a good replacement for KFR, find a good "A" prosecutor and then have them run for office. They've not been around long enough to be corrupted (usually), and yet they're close enough to the prosecutors doing the real work that they could actually have productive suggestions for making the needed changes. Think outside the box people. It doesn't take a political pro to run that office, it takes balls (figuratively speaking), ethics, and a willingness to try the occasional case alongside everyone else. There are plenty of "regular" folks who could do Kathy's job better, but because they're not political junkies or media whores, you'd never guess how good they would actually do.

  34. JUDGE ROGER SILVER WAS GIVEN A CIRCUIT SEAT TODAY!!!! I NEED FEED BACK

    ReplyDelete
  35. 1. Lets stop messing with Greico.
    2. Mindy Glazer is a nice person so, stop the BS.
    3. Sarmiento should not be a prosecutor if he had hits of X in his pocket.
    4. I see no reason why we should use dirty words on the blog. They add nothing. (B.S is NOT a dirty word).
    5. Barzee is a nice person and bloging her about her looks makes me not want to read the blog anymore.
    6. Silver got to Cir? No big deal. He is a good judge.
    7. Have a nice weekend.

    ReplyDelete
  36. 3. Sarmiento should not be aprosecutor if he had X in his pocket.

Following that logic, I put out a call to all ASA's who have ever done drugs, driven drunk, or broke the law to resign. we cant have hypocrites here. in fact, even if you have driven a bit recklessly, thats a MM, and you must immediately quit your job.

apparently, jesus christ and don horn will be the only 2 remaining ASA's.

let he who is without sin cast the first stone.... (which i am sure some asa's will be lining up to do)

  37. As far as first degree or life arrests go, here are my choices

    Private Defense Attorney -
    Ken Weisman

    Public Defender -
    Bobby Aaron

    State Attorney -
    Grieco obviously

    Judge -
    Genden

  39. ok. silver has been appointed to circuit. that means the gov will appoint his seat. the case law is clear whether we like it or not: as long as qualifying (may 7-12) has not taken place, he can appoint. The appointment will be for 2 years and that means that millan and twombley are SOL and have no seat to run in.

  40. instead of complaining about drug arrests why not just prevail upon our progressive legislature to legalize all drugs? Sounds crazy, but the money saved on jail, TNT operations, prosecutions, defenses, court time, etc., could be shifted to high tech powerpoint presentations, every day, in every classroom in Florida to tell kids, yeah, its legal, but its stupid, so don't do it. As for existing crackheads, most are a lost cause anyway, but the money saved could put them in a place where they wouldn't hurt anyone to get money for drugs or from robbing people, and they could get counseling too. Amsterdam's no joke. You think they're wasting all the time and money we are on this ridiculous campaign against drugs? I say they divert the Southern Command's drug eradication planes to Tallahassee, and all those bible thumping morons would run for cover and be unable to accomplish anything, which would be an improvement over what we have here today. To disagree with that proposition, you must also believe that the US flag means what it did 5 years ago, and that we can win the war on terror without simulaneously causing most intelligent americans to be terrified of their own government instead. Keep it up Republicans. The only saving grace in your party would be honesty to just come out and call yourself the party of low taxes. You hypocricy would be more palatable. what am i saying? clearly more than 50% of us are idiots.

  41. QUESTION - Can somebody please explain the legalities and ethics of ASA Miranda actively and openly campaigning for judge 1) while still employed as an ASA; 2) while on SAO time; and 3) without filing the requisite paperwork in Tallahassee??

ANSWER - Ethics rules don't apply to State Attorney's.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Guess ethics don't apply to Glazer either. Threatening KFR and other Judges if she gets opposition? We all understand she is desperate, but a little professionalism would be nice. She is a sitting Judge, at least for now. I guess the JQC or the blog should start watching how desperate Glazer is campaigning and when. Oh wait, she doesn't work during working hours so I guess she isn't campaigning while on the job.

What is all the fuss she doesn't have opposition yet?

Yeah Glazer is hot. Like Bengi. He was nice too, just not qualified to be a judge.

    ReplyDelete
  43. 1. Were is Sarmiento?
    2. What will Millan do if the seat he's running against gets filled by the governor?
    3. Why does Scola's (female) calendar take so long?

  45. Milton Hirsch is the king of all turds.

    ReplyDelete
  46. why do so many poeple think glazer is hot? have you been to the beach lately

    ReplyDelete
  47. Milton Hirsch is a brilliant lawyer and hell of a nice guy. Yes, he can be sarcastic and nasty. But, don't stress out. Fight back and have fun; he has a great sense of humor.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Glazer ain't hot. Pozorevilla is hot.

    ReplyDelete
  49. HE IS KING OF ALL TURD. TRUST ME. AND BRILLIANT HE IS NOT- BEFORE A JURY.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I think we all need to keep perspective on "hot" and refer to people as "hot for a judge" or "hot for an ASA/APD" The above poster is correct, if you want true "hot", sit on Lincoln Road for about five minutes on a Saturday night.
