With the resurgent Cowboys beating the struggling Seahawks, our survivor pool was considerably thinned, with the loses including both members of the judiciary: Jon Colby (retired) and Miguel De la O (quite active).
Of more pressing concern is those of you who wish to find some value in todays match-ups.
It's a tough week.
We are officially on the Browns bandwagon, although we told you before the season began that the Brownies were the team to watch. Take them (-3) against America's team- the Jacksonville Jaguars and also take the under 45.
We like the Fish on the road against da Bears +3 and we like the under 48.
And we like the Giants getting 5 in Dallas because the Cowboys are due to return to mediocrity.
ERRATA:
MR. Tischler was not eliminated last week, as he took the Chargers, and not the Seahawks:

Did you change the rules Rumpole?
Tischler picked the Packers in Week Two and he picked them again in Week 5.
We both want back in to Survivor 2014.
Second chance pool. FYI: We both picked the Pats on Thursday night. We did this while watching the game together at Prime Italian. So we will see you next weekend for our picks in week eight.
I got a ad in my mailbox from Jackie Schwartz. It says she is "endorsed" by the Herald and has the date of the endorsement...7/2/14. After that, the Herald pulled their endorsement. Why did Jackie put the date in there?
Looks to me like she is a piece of shit and sent that knowing the endorsement was withdrawn after that date.
A Monday morning link to remind everyone of the real Bob Levy since he continues to associate with our innocent judges. You did it again Bob.

yawn
Yeah, Tischler should be out!
another JQC complaint for schwartz seems to be in the wind
The Professor says:
I have said it before, I will say it again and again and again (without offensive remarks relating to the death of anyone) that Bob Levy is as low on the evolutionary scale as anyone can get. He is the Ebola of Miami-Dade politics. He is a lying, double dealing, shameful excuse of a human being, who lies so low that grand juries can't find him lurking in the shadows of all that is wrong with our local government and courts.
When will politicians wake up and hand him up? The time has long since existed for this to happen.
It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Professor is Robert Kuntz. He teaches at FIU and HATES Bob Levy.
Phil took some gratuitous shots at "the justice building blogger" at today's CLE, if you ask me
The Professor says:
Really 8:19, Kuntz? Is that best you got. You think Kuntz is the only guy who hates Levy. That is a long line, which could stretch from here to Seattle and back. Your analysis is lacking. You get and F in my class.
