PEREMPTORY CHALLENGE?

OR WAS THIS JUROR STRUCK FOR CAUSE LATE WEDNESDAY EVENING?

Only Judge Andrea Wolfson - who got high praises from the putative juror here-  knows for sure.

One thing is clear- unlike his client @billycorben  - Mr. Markus refrained from tweeting during his jury service. Wise move.

See you in court- we would have taken him.

Penmanship is terrible.

Maybe he was not selected because he cant spell evening.

Aren't those questionnaires confidential?

Double amputee Olympian shoots and kills model girlfriend. How can that not happen in Miami?

@5:29, good point.

No- I was the one who could not spell evening.

A) Juror Questionnaires are not confidential (in FL)...anyone try a case and have the court ask for them back afterwards? They stay in the Court file too.

B) State struck him with a preemptory.

That was a trial in Wolfson this week? I heard Mike Greico was in there. May not have been his case.
