ReplyDeleteExcellent order. If I didn’t know better, I would have guessed that it was written by our own Judge Milton Hirsch. Although Judge Hirsch’s opinion would have been at least 10 pages long and it would have quoted Shakespeare and the commissioner of Major League Baseball circa 1920.

Its the kind of order that precarious to appeal because its square on the law and unflattering -- like saying, "Look at the wart on my face."
