  1. Rump, according to the Indictment, before Trump makes the highly incriminating “consensually recorded” statements on page 16, he says “this is off the record”. Any opinion on how this might impact admissibility of the recording?

  2. All these morons who are giving money to Trump for his "Legal Defense Fund" should read this. Even the most ardent and deluded believers have to start questioning their support for this traitor in light of the facts. This man should never be allowed near the White Housel.

  3. At best, Trump looks like a clod. What a drain on Trump, and for what?

  4. I read that David Oscar Marcus turned down representing Trump.

  5. If what is written in the indictment is true, the man should never be free again.

  6. Treason to the constitution. He has the nations most important secrets about nuclear capabilities and the weaknesses of our defenses and our allies.

They tore up the notes from the translator who sat in on his private conversations with Putin. Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe tweeted a vote for Trump or DeSantis is a vote for fascism.

    It’s happening. Stay safe.

  7. These are truly scary times. That anyone, let alone an elected official, could come to the defense of Trump is beyond the pale.

The man is dangerous, a classic sociopath and displays the seven characteristics of a psychopathic personality: Superficial Charm,Puffed Up Self-Esteem,Deceitfulness, Shallow Emotions,Boredom and a Need for Stimulation,A History of Shady Conduct, and a Riddle of Contradictions.

God only knows what spies already have their hands on these classified documents.

  8. Dear Saturday, June 10, 2023 7:10:00 AM,

It was just last week that this came up. After Miranda, a defendant gave a full confession. Unfortunately for Florida, before he confessed the Defendant said, “ this is off the record.” Motion to Supress, granted.

You hit the nail on the head. Off-the-record statements are never admissible in evidence. They cannot be included in the record, because they are off the record.
