HELP WANTED APPLY WITHIN

Need a job? It's apparently sign and go this Friday, so long as you can pass a simple test.

Can you say "victim wants max" ?

Can you say "state is withdrawing all plea offers because the defendant filed a motion to dismiss or suppress." ?

Can you say "I need to speak to my supervisor about that" ?

Can you say "the state is offering probation but after trial will be seeking five years and this is not a trial tax"

If you can say and believe in those four simple statements then an exciting career as a bureaucratic automaton robot Assistant State Attorney in the Magic City of Miami awaits you.

  1. I went on their Facebook page. It’s for non lawyer employees. And it’s not for this Friday. #ReadingIsFundamental

  4. Good morning rumpole. At this point I think you can finally admit that trump is a better president then Biden. That's one reason you see trump beating Biden in a head to head match up in the polls ( unless of course they are fake and it's a media mind trick) Time is the best measure of the job a person does in office. After more then two years With the state of affairs as they are, it is time to bring back trump and admit he's the goat on every issue accept abortion ( he paid for no less then 5) When he's back in office I hope he defaults on our debt to china considering they lab leaked Covid ( yes he called that one too) Give peace a chance ! Trump 2024

  5. Regardless of the things you complain about, the SAO needs about two lawyers for every one they have. Even if they continue these approaches.

They simply dont have enough bodies and that is the biggest obstacle to justice. Try getting one on the phone.

Those who do respond diligently inevitably call me at 730PM from their own cell phones, working their fingers to the bone. They are heroic, but will burn out. It never should be like this.

  6. The exodus at the SAO has led to unprecedented understaffing and now ASAs with 3 years of (in)experience are filling A positions. What’s going on at the SAO has all the makings of a public safety crisis that’s going to take years, if not decades, to fix

  7. What is this victim wants the max bs? I don't think I've ever heard that on one of my cases. Asa's in Miami are generally quite reasonable, just horribly short-staffed.

  8. How about that Alex Murdaugh trial?

6 week trial. 3 hour verdict.

  10. Look at leadership. SAO is a terrible place to work. Period. For attorneys and staff. It is indeed a public safety issue and while KFR and her cronies want to place the blame somewhere else, they need to look in the mirror. Times are changing and it’s time to change the SAO.
