FEDS PULL THE PLUG UNTIL JULY

The Feds canceled all jury trials in the SDFL until July 6. DOM has all the legislative history on his blog.
But in a little read footnote to the order, there is this hidden gem:

"Unless the delay in any way gives the defense a discernable advantage, no matter how small, then the trial shall commence as soon as possible."

There is the global pandemic.
And there are the feds.

  1. F the Feds. And while I am at it. People need a place to blow off steam. They do not need to shut the parks which just pushes people who are running or taking their kids for a walk into a smaller place. OPEN THE PARKS YOU IDIOTS.

And we are in weird times when IHOP is advertising home delivery.

In the past I couldn't get a table at Prime 112 and now those snotty bastards are desperate for me to order a steak. HA! Any place but you P112 has my business.

Proud to announce our chain of Chicken Delites in Sheboygan and Milwaukee are open for pick up take out AND no fee delivery (for orders over 19.95)
Our chickn-chop-a-roo with Wisconsin smoked pepperoni is a bit hit.

  3. In Top Gun, what was the problem that prevented them from launching Willard and Simpkin so that Mav and Ice had to fight the Ruskies alone?

  5. I like the porky pig chop at Chicken delights in Milwaukee. And the seasoned fries with cheddar cheese and beer ain't bad neither.

  6. 10:08 the Captain blew it. He should have, in this order: 1) Launched Maverick on Alert 5; 2) Launched the recuse helicopter for Hollywood; 3) Ordered the catapults manually cleared so that Willard and Simpkin could be launched to join the fight. That's the one thing you didn't see him order- the manual clearing of the catapult.

Willard and Simpkin both testified that they never heard the order to manually clear and reset the catapults they were on.

  7. I don't understand why I can take my boat from a private/non-public marina to a sand bar and swim alone but, a person living on the Beach cannot take a dip alone.
