  1. The trialmaster hasn't done JV for many many moons. Last case was suppressing a prominent lawyers son who got arrested for possession With intent of a very large amount of maryjane near a high school. The kid was a high school student himself. Motion to suppress granted by Judge Gladstone. A great guy and wise judge.

  3. What's the new juve courthouse like?

  4. The dregs are unworthy of the nice new digs. Dependency does the only meaningful work.

  5. Good Op-Ed in NYT about Gov. Scott's ongoing interference with Ayala Aramis:

  7. New Juvenile Courthouse is a beautiful, state of the art facility with a nice coffee shop that has interesting food choices. Very well done.

However, in my opinion there is a lot of wasteful spending there - granite bear families everywhere-but it does not approach the ridiculously wasteful and superfluous federal courthouse.

  10. Questions for the trial master -

Trial master who, apart from yourself of course, is the beat criminal attorney in miami history.

And who was the best prosecutor.

  11. Yes, I am obnoxious and condescending, but I'm no fool.

Didn't vote for The Boss Baby, either.

  12. Dependency! The system was pioneered by the Soviet Union.

  13. 10:48--Great question. Off the top of my head I would say some of best prosecutors would be Eddie O'Donnell. He asked on voir dire all of the defense questions and was a fierce advocate. Ed Carhardt was a wonder to watch. Best defense attorney probably Jerry Kogan. Didn't overwhelm with physical appearance, but once he began to speak hard to take your eyes off of him.
