We're down to the sweet six in the survivor pool this week. The Cowpokes loss last week eliminated Peter Sautter and Survive.
We went 3-0 on our picks last week (of course) and this week we like the following plays:
Home dog Steelers +1.5 versus the Ravens.
Home dog Cheaters at home +4 over the Broncos.
Colts -3 at Giants.
Browns -6 and under 44 at home against the Bucs.
PRISON ESCAPE!
Sorry to intrude on your weekend with business, but there was an escape from Dade Correctional Friday. Ronald McCoy, serving two life sentences, is on the lam. Anybody know who represented him?
McCoy escaped probably around 8 am Friday. The prison wasn't sure he was gone until 1pm, and didn't notify Metro Dade until 5:30 pm.
Here is the Herald article.

What a horror for Judge Silverman. He was one of the great Judges in our building.
Why do we call him "retired" judge when he simply resigned to make more money doing mediations? Shouldn't he be called "former" judge Scott Silverman?

Ronald McCoy, 39, was nabbed by West Palm Beach police and Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies just after 5 p.m. at a Sunoco gas station on 45th Street and Australian Avenue. His arrest came after the Florida Department of Law Enforcement got a tip that he was in Palm Beach County, according to a news release from the agency.
A person contacted authorities after recognizing from news reports the stolen maroon Ford F-550 McCoy was driving. A West Palm Beach police officer then spotted the truck and McCoy inside it. He was arrested without incident and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.

Sentenced to life in prison after he was convicted of robbery with a deadly weapon in Alachua County, McCoy escaped Friday from Dade Correctional Institution in Florida City. Agents think he hid in a large trash container leaving the prison, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The truck McCoy was traveling in has beige "Caribbean Tree Farm" signs on two doors and was towing a yellow utility trailer. The prisoner has a small scar on his neck and a tattoo on his left arm that says "Bicep Pysco."
Authorities with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are investigating the escape, along with the U.S. Marshals Service, the Miami-Dade Police Department and the Florida Department of Corrections.
