KADAFI DEFEATED

LIBYA TEETERS ON THE EDGE OF FREEDOM!

What Ronald Reagan started when he bombed the dictator's tent, Barak Obama and NATO finished as rebels streamed into Tripoli today on rumors Qaddafi and his regime had fled.

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!

  2. The great Judge Milton Hirsch has made the second page of today's Wall Street Journal.

  3. Regan didn't do shit - allot more should have been done. According to Bush, his regime's turn around was a shining example of Bush's foreign policy.

So much of a turnaround the Bush administration permitted its oil friends to help secure the release of a terrorist convicted of blowing up Pan Am 103 - a release which occurred, sadly, under the Obama administration.

Given that Bush I and Bush II are heirs to your great Regan, I again say - Regan didn't do shit.

  4. Who cares?

I wish we would leave the Arab countries alone and take care of our own problems first.

  5. I don't know what source you are relying on, but MSNBC does not say Kahadaffi (choose a spelling) is defeated.

Not saying you are wrong, but it seems at this point, his whereabouts are unknown.

And to say this is a result of Regan's good work is awfully tenuous. If you are giving him credit for Lybia, do you also give him the blame for Afghanistan?

What about Iran? He delayed the release of the hostages so that he would ensure Carter would lose the election, and his win. He then lives up to his end of the bargain, and the hostages are freed shortly thereafter. Iran is a thorn in our side now for 30 years as a result. Amadinejad (one of the student kidnappers) now rules Iran, and is a constant threat to US and world security.

And while you are at it, since Regan always gets the credit for the fall of communism in the former USSR, he should similarly get the blame for the subsequent rise of the Russian Mafia, and the failure of the Russian states to secure their caches of weapons grade nuclear fuel.

  7. I'm loving how the Republicans are in full blow "nothing to see here, people, move along!!" mode right now when they're normally obsessed with the arab nations and their own islamophobia (much of which is to make sure that Israel is intact for Jeebus' return).

Looks like President Birth Certificate was able to take out Quadaffi and Bin Laden -- something that Bush II couldn't do.

  8. Straw Buyer has a story today that makes Andy Hague unfit to hold the title of Kounty Kourt Judge, much less Circuit Court Judge, much less Statewide Prosecutor....

  9. Judge Milton Hirsch should look at himself first. He is in no position to decide bonds. He is being sued by his previous landlord for breech of contract and non-payment of rent. There is also an action in the Third District Court of Appeal in Florida regarding tape recordings of Milton Hirsch and a psychologist hired by Hirsch, Dr. Michael Rappaport, in which a client is told to flee the country and skip bail. The tape recordings show that Michael Rappaport incriminates Hirsch in giving his client that advice. The Third District Court of Appeal has had this action for almost two years.

  12. Hey another two judges ruled against you today J. Hirsch - what is that 6 to 1???? Is it true that J. Hirsch called a meeting of his bretern to try to talk them into walking the limb with him and no one showd? Are those 6 really schoarly dishonest or are they secure enough to follow the law w/o a need to pretend to be smart enough to make it.
