GET EVEN MONDAY

Many years ago, at a secret meeting attended by our friend 52nd Street Irwin, the powers that be decided that there needed to be one more football game after Sunday to allow everyone who had losses on Sunday one more chance to get even.

Thus was born Monday Night Football.

After suffering through perhaps our worst one day loss on football predictions, we now take advantage of "get even Monday."

First: How is it possible the Texans got beat the way they did?

Second: Green Bay almost covered if they had run back that interception at the end of the game.

The Cheaters are anywhere  from -11 to -14 tonight over the Bills. Lets split the difference and bump our Sunday morning pick up to NE-12.5  500 Brady's.

The Chargers are -10 over the Raiders. SD -10 500 Rivers.

We're either gonna pull ourselves out of this hole we dug with the Texans and the Pack, or we're going to slip that new Rolex off our wrist  and hand it to 52nd Street Irwin tomorrow.

  1. I am officially now what is known as snakebit. There isn't a move I can make that is correct, and I am in a slump. All touts go through this. I haven't had something like this in three years. No way out. Just ride through it. Until further notice I would not follow anything I suggest.

  2. Your math sucks or I am missing something.

You said that if the Pack had run the interception back you would have covered? Huh?

They won 21-15. You bet the Pack minus 3 - that covered. You lost the over of 46 either way?

    Am I missing something?

  3. Terrell Owens must be sick right now. He has only caught one pass and his team is winning. Randy Moss, on the other hand, has caught 10 passes.

What say you about the upcoming showdown at the SWAMP this Saturday between the Gators & the Vols?
