  5. What is the status of the JQC complaints against Judge Dennis and Miller? What was the result of the request to the Gov. to appoint special prosecutor to review the dismissed crminal charge?

    2) Roger Elkind

  9. 10:32: you are a clown. If you do not know what you are talking about, why say anything at all? As someone who has seen Zack in trial multiple times (and no I am not related, affiliated, or connected with Zack), your comment shows why no one should ever take any comment on a blog seriously. They come from mental midgets like 10:32.

  13. Preliminary poll results- "Who look AND acts most like Mr. Haney of Green Acres?"

    Roger Elkind: 22 1/2 (I will explain)/
    Jonathan Blecher (21)
    Jay White (5 1/2)

One person split their vote between Elkind and White. A few more votes remain to be counted.

  14. I'm not Pat!!!! Love the link.

I think personally Blecher looks most like him but I can kind of see it in Elkind. No way Jay WHite.

  17. 1:25:00 pm, no charges were dismissed in the Miller/Dennis case simply because they were never filed in the first place because the SAO did not believe that a crime had taken place.

There was never a special prosecutor appointed because there was no legal basis to do so.

  23. Zack the hack. I will put money on it. Prove to me he had ever tried a PI case, or a med mal case to a jury verdict. He is not the trialmaster, thats for sure.

  24. Obviously, Rump, you spent your Monday in immigration court (where else cana you call your client an alien and get away with it?)

  25. Ahh, but 5:38 (Judge Miller) - you did not answer as to the JQC matters regarding both you (MILLER) and Espinosa-Dennis.

  26. Lat I heard was that the JQC cleared Judge Miller of any wrongdoing in the complaint by Judge Dennis. This whole issue really irks me as the further the further Maria Dennis went with this destructive endeavor, the clearer the picture became of someone who really needs help. So looks like Maria got pissed when each of the following entities listened to her hogwash and reused to believe her story, so she demanded action from the next entity. It started with the Miami-Dade Uniformed Court Police, Miami-Dade Uniformed Police Supervisors, Miami Herald (smear campaign), Miami-Dade Police Public Corruption Unit Detectives, The Chief Judge, Assistant State Attorney, State Attorney Kathy Rundle, Two Hispanic American organizations, The JQC, Florida Governor Charlie Crist. In each case the complaint was dismissed. I know several people involved in the above organizations who said there was a lot of concerns for the complainant rather than the complaint itself. The letter sent by Maria Dennis to Florida Governor Charlie Crist demanding that the Governor appoint a Special Prosecutor to evaluate a simple battery charge gives the audience a clear picture of the wretchedness. On a side note, does anyone know why Maria fired her fourth JA and had her escorted out of the courthouse?

  27. 9:23 am - just moments after Judge Miller arrived in the REGJB (what a coincidence)

Judge Miller, did you think because you purposely misspelled words that we could not figure out it was you? Geez, man, who else would have all that detail? You really are a piece of work.

  28. The comments about Judge Dennis were mostly right with a couple of unverified statements. The only things that are not verified are if Charlie Crist replied to her attorney’s letter or just ignored it. No idea why she fired this JA, but I hear it did happen. I think she fired the last three, not four although still raises flags as the reasons seemed questionable in the first two. After all that Judge Miller has been through I seriously doubt he posts on this blog and I am pretty sure he was in trial at the time. To anyone that thinks they can mask their identity on these blogs they better be doing their homework. I recently heard testimony on a case where I saw how the IP address of an anonymous poster was tracked.

  29. I saw Steve Zack try a case once together with Herman Russomanno in the mid 80s against Michael Parenti and Glenn Falk. So, there's at least one.

  30. In response to the poster on Wednesday, August 05, 2009 1:09:00 PM

David Miller has many friends and co-workers that have been highly offended by what has happened to him. He does not post on these blogs and doesn't need to. Many disliked the complainant in the first place thus the hostility in the posts sometimes.
