THE CAPTAIN REPORTS:ELECTION CENTRAL:
T-14 DAYS and counting and Dade County will soon have another three new jurists on the bench, another three new judges for Rumpole to make fun of, (whenever they should deserve the friendly jabbing).
A very interesting contrast has developed with 3 of the 6 candidates (Fernandez, Schurr & Mendez) spending lots of money and the other 3 running campaigns on the cheap. Let's see if the money does matter?!
Here's what the numbers look like as early voting opened up this week:
COUNTY COURT - GROUP 43
JOE FERNANDEZ: Raised/Loans - $117,482
Expenses - $ 85,021
MICHAEL BIENSTOCK: Raised/Loans - $ 54,300
Expenses - $ 52,205
Bienstock's money comes almost entirely from his own pocket. He just recently loaned his campaign $19,000 and has put in a total of $51,000 of his own money, with only $3,300 coming from supporters.
CIRCUIT COURT - GROUP 78
VALERIE MANNO-SCHURR:
Raised - $ 37,815 ; Loans - $ 250,100
Expenses - $ 230,658
JOSE SANCHEZ-GRONLIER: Raised - $ 8,850
Loans - $ 9,250; Expenses - $ 14,918
CIRCUIT COURT - GROUP 80
MARISA MENDEZ: Raised - $ 72,460
Loans - $ 135,005 ; Expenses - $ 156,416
CATHY PARKS: Raised - $ 9,350 Loans - $ 10,000
Expenses - $ 15,777
So, in the infamous words of none other than Al Capone, don't forget to "vote early and vote often". Of course, good old Al also said, "You can go a long way with a smile. You can go a lot farther with a smile and a gun."
Both quotes seem so appropriate for Miami-Dade County.
CAPTAIN OUT .............
captain better collect some royalties from rumpoles stash / cash from the click ad's
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, I'm raking it in. You could help an old bloggah out and click or order from Office Depot from the blog and maybe I could afford to buy wine in a bottle instead of a can.
ReplyDeleteBring back Postman!
ReplyDeletepostman is unqualified. always has been, always will be. now pass the donuts.
ReplyDeleteif you come at the king, you best not miss.
Alan and Chris are closet numismatists and practice philately late at night when they are alone
ReplyDeleteCAPTAIN ROCKS and so does Capone
ReplyDeleteI vote for Fernandez & Mendez; need some help on that 3rd race. Soemone please give me feedback on that race so I can try and decide who to vote for
ReplyDeleteThe 3 name race - V.M. Schuur v. J.S. Gronlier. Who are these folks?
ReplyDeleteNice column by Joan F. about Sally "the angel of death" and Josh "the human boomerang."
ReplyDeleteNever met a jury they couldn't hang.
captain, who are you anyway, are you a political writer or a lawyer???
ReplyDeleteSchurr, Fernandez, and Tinkler-Mendez are all spending the big bucks because they hired Al Lorenzo, Bob Levy, Armando Gutierrez, and the like. The others who haven't hired these "consultants" are doing the same exact thing, in a much less expensive and smarter way. Please vote anti-Lorenzo, anti-Levy, and anti-Gutierrez. Please vote FOR Gronlier, Parks, and Bienstock!!!! Let's show everyone it's not all about the money!
ReplyDeleteDo Sally and Josh have ethics?
ReplyDeleteRumor has it that Sally has such a chip on her shoulders that she wants to have KFR senteced to life in prison. True or false?
Rumor has it the Sex Batt family wants Josh to not only leave the SAO, but practice maritime law on a boat and not be in the state of Florida. True or false?
Is Pat goign to leave County and head back over to the Sex Batt facilities?
Joey F for judge. Gotta love to see Randy Goodis argue a motion in from of good old Joe.
ReplyDeleteis the Herald editorial section smoking crack?
ReplyDeletemondays they mistakenly endorse parks.
tuesday they correct it and endorse mendez.
Oct 20 they endorsed Leslie B. (Bigot) Rothenberg, although rumor has it they switched over to meth that day.
Did someone at the 3rd DCA hit Rothenberg over the head with a heavy brief? With all the hoopla surrounding her position with the CFC hate group she shows up as a guest speaker for one of there hate only events.
JQC Complaint... hummmm...
Maybe our favourite Miami Herald Scribe will weigh in on the magical mystery Herald Endorsement ride.
ReplyDeleteCAPTAIN:
ReplyDeleteI think that they spend way too much money on these campaigns.
Will Mendez be requiring full briefs on any motions filed; she is an appellate attorney?
"I vote for Fernandez & Mendez; need some help on that 3rd race. Soemone please give me feedback on that race so I can try and decide who to vote for"
ReplyDeleteGood choice, I voted for the same and for the third---I chosed:
Jose S. Gronlier
RUMPOLE SAID: "Maybe our favourite Miami Herald Scribe will weigh in on the magical mystery Herald Endorsement ride."
ReplyDeleteI cant weigh in as there is a wall separating the news and editorial section. (thats what I am suppose to tell everyone, shhhh!)

Post some facts to your truth---because you sure did not convince me that the CFC is a hate group!
Please vote FOR Gronlier, Parks, and Bienstock!!!! Let's show everyone it's not all about the money!
ReplyDelete__________________
About the above---hmmmmmmmmmm,,I don't think so, or is it because hardly no one wanted to contibute to those mentioned above,,,if they are so smart and need no money to run a campaign then why should they even worry about it!
I would say those that get contribution are coming from lots of people that believe in them.
In my opinion:
Wrong choice to consider those mentioned below.
Gronlier, Parks, and Bienstock!!!!
For those of you looking for info on the Manno-Schurr vs. Sanchez-Gronlier race:
ReplyDeleteMrs. Manno is a Plaintiff's PIP lawyer, as is her husband Ken Schurr. They have both made a lot of money off of insurance companies. Quick lesson on PIP: If an insurance company fails to pay 3 cents worth of interest on a bill for a hot pack from a clinic in Hialeah who "treated" an insured's sprained neck allegedly resulting from a car accident, a PIP lawyer will file suit against the insurance company on behalf of the clinic, collect the 3 cents and then seek and be awarded at least $350/hr (some are claiming they are worth $500/hr and some judges are granting it....I won't mention who...that should be the topic of a whole other blog) when the insurance company pays the 3 cents. The current PIP system is broken and attorneys such as Mrs. Manno have exploited it as have most of her campaign contributors. Mr. Sanchez-Gronlier is an intelligent, humble attorney. He came here from Cuba when he was 17, put himself through college and law school and has been practicing for 15 years. He has been a traffic magistrate and will, in my opinion, make a better judge than Manno.
Thank you for that. Now I have a better idea. Hey Captain, other people should pipe in on these races so we can egt a better idea about all these candidates
ReplyDeleteumm, how can I put this that does not sound sarcastic, umm, let me see...(pondering)...
ReplyDeleteNope can't.
Hey shit for brains CFC stands for Cristian Family Coalition. I did not know the Republic of Dumb ASSES had internet.
Sanchez-Gronlier is the man! He is such a nice, sweet, fair man. I would love that guy to be a judge...it would be a wonderful Horatio Alger story. Although I was at a party the other night and heard someone say that he hyphenated his name to try to get the French vote. Other than that, he is all good. J S-G for Judge!
ReplyDeleteChlorofluorocarbons - CFC's
ReplyDelete(CFC), any of several organic compounds composed of carbon, fluorine, chlorine, and hydrogen. CFCs are manufactured under the trade name Freon (q.v.). Developed during the 1930s, CFCs found wide application after World War II. These halogenated hydrocarbons, notably trichlorofluoromethane (CFC-11, or F-11) and dichlorodifluoromethane (CFC-12, or F-12), have been used extensively as aerosol-spray propellants, refrigerants, solvents, and foam-blowing agents. They are well-suited for these and other applications because they are nontoxic and nonflammable and can be readily converted from a liquid to a gas and vice versa.

ReplyDeleteGrammer and spelling issues ... wow
Settle down. One of you is supposed to be a Judge in a few weeks.
ReplyDeleteI voted today. Before going to the precinct, i made a special stop at a 7-11 to pick up that newspaper. believe it or not the blurb is in there. no one is lying.
ReplyDeleteAnd you don't have to guess who i voted for
Marisa Tinkler Mendez is endorsed by Miami Times - Carey-Schuler, Meek and Range, collectively, took out full page ad endorsing her in aforementioned publication.
ReplyDeleteJames Burke, Miami Times Editor, has confirmed that the above comment was, indeed, run in the Spreading Larceny of today's edition. Mr. Burke does not know who allegedly "overheard" this comment. It is neither a fact nor represented as one - it is a RUMOR. One should not base their vote on a RUMOR, represented as such, in the Spreading Larceny section of the Miami Times and one should not attempt to influence others' votes based on a RUMOR, represented as such, in the Spreading Larceny section of the New Times.
ReplyDeleteBecause the Miami Times endorses Marisa Tinkler Mendez and because she is not, as Parks would have you believe, racist the Miami Times is preparing an editorial which will run in next week's edition. I am certain that because Parks and her Fan Club are very obviously negative campaigning (using the Justice Building Blog to spread rumors and lies, removing nearly $10,000 worth of signs last weekend, lying about endorsements (or lack thereof), etc.) we will not be privy to a cut and paste of Mr. Burke's November 1 editorial.
As much as you joke about the Miami Times they are, unlike the Miami Herald, accountable for they print. The Miami Herald endorses Marisa Tinkler Mendez yet "ACCIDENTALLY" prints her opponent's name on the first day of early voting. They print another "sample ballot" the following day, wherein Marisa Tinkler Mendez is listed. However, they do not print any explanation, correction or retraction, thereby confusing (Justice Building Blog) readers. This "corrective action" could only be acceptable when made by the primary publication of a Banana Republic.
In order to save your blogging little fingers wear and tear, NO, I am not Marisa Tinkler Mendez, her mother, her best friend or her Campaign Manager. I am an educated and concerned voter who cares about the integrity of the judiciary. I voted for Marisa Tinkler Mendez because she is qualified and, more importantly, has shown that she has integrity - the latter being a quality which Parks and her Fan Club clearly do not have.

ReplyDeleteI agree with this post comments and I am also not Marisa or anyone related to her! First time anyone here ever speaks out the truth!
Settle down. One of you is supposed to be a Judge in a few weeks.
ReplyDelete---Come on Rump you are way smarter then that----you now it's not them----so why even assume. Here goes again the debate between Parks & Mendez! What do you say we plant "Parks" in the park where she belongs and as far as Mendez, I will have to post later, need to think about this one.
ReplyDeleteIn reference to the above::::Posted by Wednesday, October 25, 2006 12:03:21 PM as an anonymous person:
I reviewed your comment and have come to the conclusion since you don't have the funds or better yet many who contribute to your campaign, means to me that many do not support you. On the other hand, many are supportin your oponents! This does not have to do with who is smarter. Perdictions were always, Parks would win the primary but not enough votes to take it all during the primary. Votes would be split by Garcia and Mendez and there would be a run off between "Parks and Mendez" Whoever perdicted this was correct. Further more this same perosn perdicted that the run-off election will be won by Mendez. So now we have a little more then 1 week to go and we will all see if the last perdiction was correct by the person who got it right during the primary.
you and your "perdictions" you could at least get the word right, especially if you're so smart.
ReplyDeleteI am very active in many of this community's organizations. I am not telling anyone who to vote for. For those who care, however, I have confirmed that the Miami Times and other African-American organizations, politicians, and committees only endorse those candidates carried by Bob Levy and Al Lorenzo. They may not even know who the candidates are, yet put them on their slates because of commitments to the consultants. So, to say that the candidate is endorsed by the Miami Times or by some other group really should mean absolutely nothing to you. In fact, no endorsement should mean anything to anyone, because, quite frankly, they all come down to money in the pocket and who you know. It is my humble opinion that endorsements should not be allowed for they are all disingenous. If you would like, I can detail for you the "endorsement" process for every organization that issues "endorsements." It is unfortunately all a scam. It truly is a shame.
ReplyDeleteYou are incorrect. The candidates (all candidates) are invited to be (usually by a panel) to be interviewed and evaluated. They fill out questionnaires and submit biographies. Endorsements are not based on consultant's fees (although it is very blog-like of you to post that inaccuracy).
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing wrong with raising money and paying people to help you with your campaign. Until Judges are no longer elected officials they are, alas, forced to be politicians. It is unfortunate but true that you usually do need a slang or the right color scheme or photo on your signs and palm cards. Attendance at events, signs, mailings, etc. - these cost money. Miami-Dade County is enormous - ask any candidate and they will certainly agree - and it takes mucho dinero to fund a campaign.
It is very unfair to ask people to vote for unqualified and, in some cases (i.e., Parks) unstable candidates merely because they give the appearance of being the "underdogs". Having a smaller war chest and not hiring consultants (at least not on the books!) does not necessarily make the candidate a better choice.
Because we are fortunate (or unfortunate?) enough to experience the election process and choose our judges it is duty to be responsible when discussing the candidates and when casting our vote. Posting things about anti-Levy this or he has money don't vote for him that is not responsible and could end disastrously.
You in essence claim that endorsements are nothing more than bought advertisements. This simply is not true. I am sorry for you if your friend or, if you are candidate, you were unable to raise funds because of your inadequacies and if you were unable to obtain any endorsements because of your lack of qualifications, experience, etc., but please do not poison the blog with your negative and inaccurate anti-consultant statements.
Question for 1:13 pm:
ReplyDeleteHow did you CONFIRM
"that the Miami Times and other African-American organizations, politicians, and committees only endorse those candidates carried by Bob Levy and Al Lorenzo. They may not even know who the candidates are, yet put them on their slates because of commitments to the consultants."
Who CONFIRMED this for you?
When I confirm things and post on this blog (Miami Herald had a "typo" regarding Marisa Tinkler Mendez, Miami Times will run editorial next week in reference to "quote" run in this week's edition, AFSCME did not endorse Parks, etc.) I do CONFIRM and post names, emails, etc.
With whom did you CONFIRM the abovementioned statement?
Just curious as those are very powerful and inaccurate public statements to make less than 10 days before Election Day.
You clearly support a non-Levy candidate and are negative campaigning on their behalf.
Please, do share with us your source and/or method of confirmation.
The Miami Times and the Miami New Times are two different papers. Jackasses.
ReplyDeleteSmall "typo" as The Miami Herald might say regarding the Spreading Larceny section of the MIAMI TIMES - not the NEW TIMES as "accidentally" posted earlier. So sorry!
ReplyDeleteIt's doubtful that the Miami Times will endorse mendez again, with her having been quoted as saying that the Black vote isn't important, as confirmed by former commissioner James Burke and now an executive at the Miami Times.
ReplyDeleteAlso, endorsements do mean very little0--and, for the most part, are paid for. Only a very few organizations actually interview the candidates and/or ask them to complete questionnaires.
If, in fact, endorsements are so important, why did Judge Bonnie Rippingille lose? She had nearly every single endorsement. The answer is that Don Cohn worked hard and spent his money wisely.
James Burke confirmed that the quote WAS NOT CONFIRMED and that it appeared in the Miami Times "GOSSIP COLUMN" Please do get your FACTS straight. Any questions call Mr. Burke directly and/or email him. I do not believe the purpose of this blog is for you to spread vicious lies. Just read next week's issue of the Miami Times. Read his editorial.
ReplyDeleteYou people are so naive. A name like Marisa TINKLER Mendez can never win. I don't care how much money she spends or how many endorsements she has. Parks should just sit back and wait for the results. I happen to know both candidates (not very well, I admit) but both seem to be qualified. Whoever keeps spreading this hate stuff about lies and unstableness and medications should stop it. The facts are what are important.
ReplyDeleteCall Tanglela Sears. Ask her why she jumped the mendez camp and switched to Parks. She'll tell you about the mendez comment(s).
ReplyDeleteMr. Burke is a polititian. He's going to be very careful about what he says. Obviously, no quote can be CONFIRMED unless it's taped or unless a microphone is at your mouth. She said it, bottom line. Otherwise, they wouldn't have printed it.
ReplyDeleteParks got almost 41% of the vote in the primary. Mendez received only 30%. That's a big lead.
ReplyDeleteGIVE ME TANGIE'S # AND I WILL CALL HER NOW BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY THAT MENDEZ SAID ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY RESEMBLING THAT "QUOTE"
ReplyDelete5:44 PM:
ReplyDeleteNow we are back to voting on names??? Do you bother to even familiarize yourself with any candidates or do you just go down the ballot day of elections and just decide then (based on names). Do you do this only for judicial races or for all seats? You seem so educated…
here we go again with the parks negative campaign...
ReplyDeleteyawn...

ReplyDeleteI give out palm cards for a different candidate. I know Tangela very well, if she does not get what she wants, she will talk bad about a person to ruin their reputation. Tangela is know for this sort of stuff. I am not a Parks or Mendez supporter. But, that I know Tangela, you bet I do!

I see Mendez doing very well! Your comment about hate stuff, lies......which post are you referring to! I must of missed it! However, I did notice that many of Parks supporter are bashing Marisa and to me. I consider this bad campaigning for Parks. I will forward this link to others who think like me. Because of all the mean things said about Marisa, I will vote for her tomorrow. Once my friends who are African American read this and all the negative attacks said I am sure they will make the same vote as I have just chosen.
Parks got almost 41% of the vote in the primary. Mendez received only 30%. That's a big lead.
ReplyDelete____________________________
As you mentioned above, it's good to win some and lose some. She won the primary, but did not get enough to win it completely. This time around, looks like may will support Mendez. This will be a tough call......
I came across this blog looking for other information. I am amazed of what is being said. I personally know "Parks" from the neighborhood. I feel sorry for her, this must be very stressful to run a campaign and worrying about a lawsuit she has pending against her. I wish you all the best Cathy. Go Go Go Cathy!
ReplyDeleteUpdate: killer nurse lawsuits
ReplyDeletePlenty of families have already sued or are planning to sue hospitals that employed alleged killer nurse Charles Cullen. However, a common thread in many suits "seems to be that the lawyers pursuing them have gathered little evidence that Cullen was responsible for patients who died or fell ill." ("Killer Nurse Case Sparks Medical Lawsuits", AP/FoxNews.com, Jan. 15). And columnist Paul Carpenter of the Allentown (Pa.) Morning Call finds an irony in the circumstance (see Dec. 18) that Cullen bounced from hospital to hospital while each new employer was kept in the dark about his past, fear of litigation having choked off frank reference-giving: "it was the legal establishment that prevented employers from learning about a prospective worker's background, allowing Nurse Cullen to run amok, and now it is the legal establishment that is eagerly seeking to reap enormous profits by blaming the medical institutions that employed him." ("Who, the man asks, created the problem?", Dec. 23)
http://www.overlawyered.com/2004/01/
Becareful if anyone has a love one in the hospital, now a days not even nurses could be trusted and/or medical people! Bad apples make it tough on the good ones.
First, Christian Family Coalition is not a local group. It is a statewide human rights organization that lobbies in Tallahassee during the legislative session and publishes educational voter guides covering local as well as statewide races in Miami-Dade County and elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, as a human rights organization, the CFC DOES NOT BELIEVE it is OK to discriminate. That's exactly why we oppose the discriminatory "sexual orientation" legislation whose sole purpose is to hand out preferential treatment to a few individuals based on their alleged sexual behavior. This unjust, discriminatory legislation is then used as a sword against longstanding organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America or individual Americans such as Ron Greer, who was arbitrarily fired from his job as a fireman simply for expressing an opinion contrary to homosexualism. Time after time, experience shows that "sexual orientation" legislation, by its very nature, is discriminatory and protects no one.
Thirdly, as an authentic human rights organization, the CFC believes ALL voters have the right to decide whether or not they want our state's long-settled marriage laws altered. Florida law already affords individuals the right to enter into legal agreements to will their estates, share expenses, jointly make major purchases, decide medical treatment, etc.
Lastly, the only obsession we at the CFC have is to ensure that human rights and equality under the law is enjoyed by everyone, including, NOT EXCLUDING, people of faith.
THE CFC have the right to their belief just like everyone else is entitled to their own! After reading the above I do not judge the CFC as a hate group, however, those who write against them and those who write evil things about others here at the blog feel they are the perfect ones! When in reality they are not! I am sure you want people to respect your opinions. Just because you have a different thought or CFC has their way of believing does not make you or them a hate group or discrimatory group! So to the person who posted CFC is a hate group----You did not convince me!
WhatI find amazing is that someone posts something that is factual (e.g.,the quote from the Miami Times, and then mendez' people immediately accuse parks of making up lies and they call her all sorts of bad names. Then it turns out that the quote is true. Then mendez' people try to weazel out of it by saying that the Miami Times is not reliable and that it doesn't check its sources, They then blame Tangela Searts for spreading rumors. When confronted with that issue, they attack Tangela and call her bad names. Something is wrong in the mendez camp.
ReplyDeleteThe Christian Family Coalition is no different than Save Dade. Everyone has their issues.
ReplyDeleteHaving had the opportunity to try cases with Ms. Weintraub, I can tell you that it was always a pleasure. She always had an open door policy to be available for the young ASAs in the office and she would second chair young ASAs on their first serious cases which was a tremendous help to those as they began their careers. We tried several very difficult Homicide cases together and I always found her to be a dedicated, ethical, hard working public servant. I have released defendant's of hers at Arthur Hearings when I handled those cases and she simply smiled knowing that she had presented the very best case she could. Always the true professional! She could have retired years ago, but, fortunately for the citizens of Miami-Dade County, she has chosen to continue her career as an Assistant State Attorney.
ReplyDeleteJudge Hague
ReplyDeleteWhy are you such a dick on the bench?
Whoever uses such words to describe Judge Hague is probably the same person who keeps trashing Cathy Parks. Both are honorable people. What a loser that fowl-mouthed person is.

Then mendez' people try to weazel out of it by saying that the Miami Times is not reliable and that it doesn't check its sources, They then blame Tangela Searts for spreading rumors. When confronted with that issue, they attack Tangela and call her bad names. Something is wrong in the mendez camp.

Whoever posted the above is the same person that wants people to think their comments are all true. I have read every post and the trashing started with Parks supporters and/or signed anonymous. I am convinced, all the trash talking about Mendez including the comment above is the same person posting. Both Candidates are qualified. Is true, however after doing some research, I strongly believe Mendez is more qualified for the position then Parks. I am not a Parks or Mendez supporter. I will be voting tomorrow. I am leaning more to Mendez because her qualifications for the Circuit Court Judge is more convincing to me at this time. In addition, I don't like what has been said about Mendez and feel that "Parks" supporters are helping her by starting a cat fight and actually attempting to make it look like "Mendez" supporters were the ones who started such a thing. I am still waiting for a link to read such accusation raised on the blog by Parks supporters about Mendez, that has yet not been posted about this Miami News or times what ever. It has not been posted, I reserached this myself and it is no where to be found. Which comes to the conclusion in my opinion it is false statements being posted. Thanks for sharing your lies, because without the actual article and/or link, it is nothing but a rumor and a lie.
I won't be back to this blog. Actually a friend of mines ask me to read it before voting! I did! . Tomorrow, I vote! Since I don't like negative campaigns and what has been said about Mendez. "If it would of been Mendez supporters who would have started the trashing" I would of voted for Parks. If Ms. Parks does read this, I think you should advise your supporters to try to win votes in a decent way. You lost my vote thanks to your supporters! Negative campaigning, no facts, no links and/or anything to support all the trash they posted about Mendez.
Mendez will have my vote. My advise to the new visitor as me, is read from the start and then decide as I did who you will vote for. Good luck to both candidates and Mendez if you read this, you just won my vote.
Per James Burke, there is no Miami Times source becuase "Spreading Larceny" is the Times' version of a gossip column...
ReplyDeleteMr. Burke told me, a concerned voter and citizen of this county, that because the comment cannot be confirmed and verified and becauses the Miami Times endorses Mendez, the Miami Times will run an editorial regarding the comment allegedly made by Mendez. As of 10/27/2006, Miami Times had not changed its endorsement of Mendez.
Again, the FACTS.

Per the comments above please share with us Mr. Burke telephone number I would like to contact him and invite Mr. Burke to clarify your quotes to the blog. Thank you.
For the last couple of days, you kept stating this was in the article and now that it is no where to be found, the story changes. It is clear to me that there is no such article, nor statement made just a bad rumor started by a Parks supporter. Sorry, but without the facts, or evidence for us to read there is no proof but a rumor.
ReplyDeleteUnless, you can share with us the facts, then why even bother to continue a rumor that is not true. Is this how Parks supporter or signed anonymous plans to win an election?
For the last time. It's not a rumor. Go get the newspaper yourself and read it. I'm not going to do your homework for you.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it has anything to do with Parks' supporters. It's simply an article in a newspaper. And it's real. I'm not saying that marisa is a bigot--but it's something that WAS reported in the paper. Go read it. Page 3.
ReplyDeletewhere is bienstock?
ReplyDeleteMy predictions: Jose Sanchez-Gromilier, Catherine "Cathy" Parks, and Joe Fernandez.

Per your comment begin reading from the start, you missed something. Which was the line that read, I have already researched and no such statments were found. If I wanted the readers to be informed about anything, I for one would post the facts along with a link for them to read themself. This has not been done by you and the story has changed again. Read above a little where you wrote, Mr. Burke can not publish an article.....and now you turn around and say there is an article again, when I have already researched to give you the benefit of the doubt. Nothing to what your syaing is no where to be found. I even ask you to share with us Mr. Burke contact information. You won't even provide this information to any of us. Sorry, no facts, no evidence then to hard to believe you until you post proof and not just a written post for us to read.
Went to review page 3, nothing there and/or to be found.
ReplyDeleteThan you can't read. You have a fax machine? What's your number? I'll send it to you. You're so lame, you can't get it yourself. You'll see for yourself exactly what your candidate is saying and how she has indeed insulted the Black community.
ReplyDeleteListen,I didn't write the stuff about Mr. Burke and I have no idea what his number us. Get it yourself. Better yetr splurge and buy yourself the newspaper so you can see exactly what was said. Better to get the facts straight before denying something that you know nothing about.
ReplyDeletePer your comment, relax and calm down. By reading the above you give me the impression you had too much to drink so lay of the booze eh! I believe when some accuses another person of an act, it is because there is factual evidence. As I said before, I have researched and there was nothing to be found. You however, keep turning the story around and refuse to share with any of us the facts, links or any type of evidence. Please do you mean to tell me, that if I went up to you with no facts, no evidence nada, nothing! You would indeed believe anything I say? I know I won’t! When I can’t find the actual evidence after researching your allegations, then it is clearly that it can’t be true. You don’t cooperate in sharing anything with the rest after politely asking. I came to my own conclusion it is just a rumor. I don’t care who wins. As, I said before, I do not support “Parks or Mendez” Again, I tell you negative campaign stinks and if this is the way the “Parks” supporter and/or anonymous sign campaign, you should consider winning people over in a decent way and stop being unprofessional during your election. It really makes “Parks” look bad if you ask me. Go a head and write anything you want, I for one don't believe you and rest my case with this. It's nonsense to even go back and forth with this issue. I don't have time for this nonsense. There are better post up that have nothing to do with "Parks and Mendez" more interesting and worth my time to read. I bet many can't wait until this election ends, so we don't have to even read these issues anymore.

I gues not, I have been reading and replying in German, Italian or was it in Spanish. Look, in todays time anything can be changed to read as you want. I don't want a fax sent to me. However, I appreciate your cooperation. Provide me the actual link, that will be good enough. I want to see the actual article and not something that could have been tampered with to read as one please. No offense, I just have my own rule "Trust no one---suspect everyone" This rule works fine for me! I just don't believe everything I hear and I'm sure many are wise enough to do their homework before assuming anything is true. I appreciate your help, please provide the actual link.
Thanks
As I said, I'm not going to do your homework for you. Get the link yourself. I offered to send you the entire page via fax, but you conveniently refuse to provide your fax number. I'll even offer to send you the entire paper via U.S. mail. How can that be tampered with? You just don't want to face reality.
ReplyDeleteDo you think people are dum, crazy or something. Would you provide your address to me? Someone you don't know? You have to be crazy to do so.
ReplyDeleteBy the way you have just proven to me what type of nut you really are! Keep writing, I will just ignore you,,,find someone else who was to engage in your game.

ReplyDelete**Say friend, I am new here. Just read all the comments. Why even post information you can not support yourself. When a person actully speaks with the truth, they have nothing to hide and provide the actual feedback, links ect.........for some odd reason you just repeat yourself wanting people to believe your story just because you post it. It does not work this way, very hard to get people to believe you if after all, you mention the information, just you refuse to make it easier to us, because you won't provide the actual facts on the blog as a link. When someone can't provide an easy link of information they acuse another of, there is only two reason that I can think of at this time.
1-A rumor
2-Lies
Take care friend and I will be back to check and see if you provide the link. If there is such a link.
to all the people who left hate comments towards mendez... the results are in and as expected, mendez won. negative campiagns never win..
