REMARKABLE JUDGE FARUQUI

There is a remarkable Magistrate Judge sitting in DC.  His name is Zia M. Faruqui , and his actions must be astounding to the Desantis drones we have here in Florida.

In recent weeks, Judge Faruqui has called out federal prosecutors for making an end run around a federal grand jury. When a federal grand jury refused to indict a defendant on a gun case, the prosecutors ran to a DC jury and got the indictment. The NY Times article is here.

“I am not a rubber stamp, as frustrating as that may be to the government,” he said

We can hear the drones gasping. "Wait! Prosecutors charged someone and the judge didn't accept the charges??? Can he do that? And wouldn't that perhaps stop him from getting an appointment to the district court? Why in the world would a judge publicly help a defendant and hurt himself in the process?"

Judge Zia Faruqui is pretty much our new favourite federal judge.
But wait! There's more!

Here's a remarkable order in which Judge Faruqui questions the truthfulness, reasonableness, and downright intelligence of  law enforcement officers who stopped and searched a man of color, who was well dressed and in an upscale mall, for....wait for it...adjusting his backpack!!!

This was an illegal search.
Before the first opportunity to have its case pressure tested, the government folded. The U.S. Attorney admitted to “mov[ing] to dismiss the charges once she was shown body camera footage of the arrest on Friday.
...

Riley was wearing a backpack. Officers found that suspicious because it looked as if something heavy was inside of it. See Compl. ¶ 3. Isn’t that the point of backpacks: to carry heavy things, like laptops, books, etc.? The body worn camera from the officer shows how mundane the backpack appears...
Adjusting a backpack is neither a crime, nor does it give rise to reasonable suspicion of one. Elementary-school experience and the caselaw support that.

OMG! we can hear the drones exclaiming. A judge that has issued a ruling against the prosecution and police with the type of common sense he says one acquires in elementary school. He is surely sunk. He will never get elevated with opinions like that.

So there you have it. A judge who most certainly isn't a drone simply calling balls and strikes where every call favors the prosecution. And in 2025 to boot! Imagine that.

Oh, so Judge Zia Faruki’s ruling is just “calling balls and strikes,” huh? You’re out here stanning for an impartial judiciary, waving the flag for judges who stick to the law, no bias, no agenda. Noble stuff. But let’s talk about the gut-busting irony of your newfound passion for fairness, especially when Donald Trump announced his second presidential run on November 15, 2022. If you’re so keen on umpires who play it straight, where was your righteous fury when the legal system turned into a Democrat-run dunk tank aimed at Trump? The second Trump threw his hat in for ‘24, the lawfare machine roared to life. By mid-2023, he’s buried under four criminal indictments—91 felony counts—plus civil suits gunning for hundreds of millions. Coincidence? Please. This wasn’t justice; it was a partisan pile-on, dwarfing anything any candidate’s ever faced.Start with Letitia James, New York’s AG, who ran in 2018 on a blood-oath to “get” Trump. At her victory bash, she crowed about tearing into his real estate deals, no specific crime needed—just a promise to clock in and hunt for dirt. That vendetta birthed a 2022 fraud suit, slapping Trump with a $500 million penalty (partly tossed later). That’s not law; that’s a hit job, dialed up as Trump eyed the White House again. It gets richer. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg campaigned on nailing Trump and dusted off a dead hush-money case for 34 felony counts in 2023. In Georgia, Fani Willis chased election charges while tangled in her own scandal—sleeping with her lead prosecutor. Federally, Jack Smith’s DOJ probes into documents and January 6 screamed “weaponization,” as Kevin McCarthy put it, with Biden mum on his own doc fumbles. Fair? Hardly. The judges? Don’t get me started. Juan Merchan, a Biden donor, wouldn’t recuse himself in the hush-money trial despite his daughter’s anti-Trump hustle, steamrolling objections. Tanya Chutkan, Obama’s pick, raced through the Jan. 6 case, swatting away immunity pleas like flies. Arthur Engoron, in James’s fraud circus, gagged Trump for clapping back while pushing a case dripping with politics. And under Biden, this was par for the course—remember the DOJ’s memo branding school-board parents “domestic terrorists,” as Josh Hawley exposed? So, spare me the Ziafaruki fanboy act. You’re all about “balls and strikes” now, but when Biden’s DOJ was swinging at Trump like a piñata, you were what—napping? The hypocrisy’s so thick it’s practically a fog. If you want a fair game, call foul on both sides, not just when your team’s winning.

Stupid Trumpanista doesn’t know how to write.

Intelligent people present a single, focused idea in a manageable, logical unit of text. We call them paragraphs.

Obviously the folks in The Donalds fan club are not bright. If they were, they wouldn’t be fans.

“…dwarfing anything any candidate’s ever faced.” Because there’s never been any candidate as criminal as Donald TRump.

Projection on your part. Nobody in MAGA is upset at this. The fourth amendment is just as important as the first and the second. At this point arguing is pointless and a waste of time because the Democrats follow legacy media, are heavily propagandized, and simply out of touch with the culture.

There are four groups of people who remain on the left.
1. Boomers who get all their information from legacy media.
2. Liberal women jacked up on SSRI’s. (See: Katie Porter)
3. The gender crowd.
4. Minorities/Illegals/Criminal who want free stuff.

That’s it, that’s your party.

More from bespoke hell. So I tried an experiment and started using it - mostly wrong- when with her. We were shopping for a couch and she was talking to the sales woman and stumbled when trying to explain what she wanted so I interrupted and said “something bespoke “ and she got the biggest smile. Then at dinner she said she couldn’t find what she wanted on the menu. “They need a more bespoked menu” I said and she looked so satisfied. It’s killing me. But I will say I had to pop a Cialis last night and this morning if you get my drift. She has no idea I’m mocking her. It’s bizarre. But now just call me ummmm bespoke with benefits. Lmao.

Here is Magistrate Faruqui's cases with the J6ers. Magistrate Judges, good or bad, are just hired lawyers beholden to their Article III overlords, usually hired for a 4 or 8 year term. Magistrate Judges will not be rehired if the Article III overlords decide not to rehire them.

It’s coming down to fascist versus anti-fascist. And in that choice, the popular numbers are way better for the opposition than Trump, that’s just the reality. Bragging about your dominance over whatever remains of the Biden/Harris Democratic Party is cute and all, but it’s not the fight ahead.

He reminds me of Judge Mike Hanzman. Brilliant. Ruled with the law and the facts. Did not care about politics. Fearless. We need more judges like these two.

Fact facial

Once Trump announced his 2024 run in November 2022, the lawfare campaign against him escalated with perfect timing. Within months, he faced four criminal cases, ninety one felony counts, and massive civil penalties. These cases were driven not by neutral prosecutors but by elected Democrats like Letitia James and Alvin Bragg, who had publicly promised to go after Trump long before any alleged crime was charged. In New York, James ran for office vowing to “get Trump,” then turned that campaign promise into a civil fraud suit seeking hundreds of millions of dollars. In Manhattan, Bragg revived a stale hush money theory and repackaged it into thirty four felony counts. In Georgia, Fani Willis pursued election charges while entangled in her own scandal.

At the federal level, special counsel Jack Smith’s indictments were backed by the same Justice Department that looked the other way on Biden’s own classified documents. Former FBI director James Comey’s earlier manipulation of investigations set the tone for this era of selective justice. These patterns show that the people who politicized the justice system now cry fairness only when it suits them.

If any of these officials broke laws or abused their authority in the process, Trump has every right to pursue accountability. Equal justice means the law applies to everyone, including those who weaponized it for political gain. The principle is simple. Either the law is impartial, or it is a tool of power. Trump did not start political prosecutions in America, but he has become their prime target. The record shows who fired the first shot. Shoot to kill next time.

The Democrat Party’s tearing itself apart, kinda like the French Revolution eating its own. The far-left loons are running the show, pushing stuff like free handouts for illegal immigrants and letting men with their bits in women’s locker rooms next to high school girls. It’s an 80/20 Doom Loop—80% of folks hate these ideas, but the party keeps charging down this path. They just slap a MAGA label on anyone who disagrees. They don’t get why people are bailing on them in droves. If they don’t swing back to the middle, they’re toast, just like Robespierre’s crew.
