They may remove him altogether. FSC removed a Brevard judge a couple of years ago for getting into a shouting match with a PD. What do you think they are going to do with a judge who presides over black defendants and calls people moolie and thugs? Three year judge with average to below average reviews from the legal community and the judiciary.
