We will make this stick and no supreme court will be able to crack it. The death penalty will live forever.Fake Judge Brennannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19039943.post-58141455133245529752016-01-14T19:44:27.935-05:002016-01-14T19:44:27.935-05:001:12 p.m., the blog is getting boring because it i...1:12 p.m., the blog is getting boring because it is losing its essence as Rumpole leaves out Shumie and Ren comments.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19039943.post-71110820110216161682016-01-14T13:12:19.147-05:002016-01-14T13:12:19.147-05:00the situation is getting bad .......your blog is g...the situation is getting bad .......your blog is getting too boring.......i think its because those ham and egger criminal lawyers lack imaginationAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19039943.post-13275267795038519782016-01-14T09:55:18.508-05:002016-01-14T09:55:18.508-05:00To an extent, you aren't wrong, Rump. They couldn't go further than that which was in front of them. I completely agree that the majority vote is total garbage as well (and for that matter the death penalty), but the USSC's hand were tied with regards to this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19039943.post-27655224501028393562016-01-14T07:58:42.032-05:002016-01-14T07:58:42.032-05:00Amen brother. After all, only the good guys can get us a goo result. But maybe, they were doing it one step at a time, like a serious court should, and not quite as interested in writing laws that might piss people off unnecessarily. If only all judges could be progressive liberals. It would be such a better world.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
